近年来，我国不断加大对油气勘探开发力度，深层、深海、苛刻环境下的油气及可燃冰等非常规油气资源正成为勘探开发的主攻方向。3月25日至27日，我国国产超长钛合金连续油管在北京新国展亮相展出，为助力万米油气开采打下基础。

钛合金连续管具有自重轻、高耐腐蚀、高疲劳寿命等优点，可广泛应用于油田修井、测井、超深井及海洋、苛刻腐蚀环境等场景，也可作为管线管应用于井场或海洋的油气输送。由于其作业的多样性、快捷性和可靠性，连续油管及其作业装备被称作“万能作业机”。

经过多年研究，中国有研科技集团有限公司等多家单位合作攻关，将钛合金连续油管下深极限从7000米级延伸到了12000米以上。超长钛合金连续油管的研制成功，标志着多项制备工艺关键技术取得重大突破，为深部油气开采提供了重要的工程装备。

After years of research, China Youan Technology Group Co., Ltd. and other units cooperated to research the key, extending the depth limit of titanium alloy coiled tubing from 7,000 meters to more than 12,000 meters. The successful development of ultra-long titanium alloy coiled tubing marks a major breakthrough in many key technologies of preparation technology, and provides important engineering equipment for deep oil and gas exploitation.
