元坝气田现有生产井35口，年产原料气超40亿立方米、净化气超37亿立方米。截至目前，元坝气田累产已超过320亿立方米。

据介绍，元坝气田开发难度大，中国石化西南石油局采气二厂把准气藏开采规律，精研气井开采技术，精细配产高产井，“一井一策”策略管理异常井，精致调控产水气井，精准部署调整井，气田持续保持在日产1100万立方米高位运行，相当于每天可满足2200万户家庭的日常用气需求，并已连续9年稳产高产。

近年来，随着元坝气田的开发，气田产水量也逐渐增加，工作人员调研国内相似规模水处理站工艺技术，创新并优化设计工艺。2024年3月30日，元坝气田又一资源化水处理站投产，该气田水处理能力从每天600立方米提升至1000立方米，为气田绿色低碳长效开发奠定了基础。同时，该气田水资源化处理工艺相关技术还获得授权专利3项，发布中国石化企业标准1项。

The Yuanba gas field has 35 production Wells with an annual output of over 4 billion cubic meters of raw gas and 3.7 billion cubic meters of purified gas. So far, the cumulative output of Yuanba gas field has exceeded 32 billion cubic meters.

According to reports, the development of Yuanba gas field is difficult. Sinopec Southwest Oil Bureau Gas Production Plant No. 2 has implemented quasi gas reservoir mining rules, refined gas well mining technology, fine allocation of high-production Wells, "one well, one policy" strategy to manage abnormal Wells, exquisite regulation of water-producing gas Wells, and accurate deployment and adjustment Wells, and the gas field has continued to operate at a high level of 11 million cubic meters per day. It is equivalent to meeting the daily gas demand of 22 million households every day, and has been producing high output for nine consecutive years.

In recent years, with the development of Yuanba gas field, the gas field water production has gradually increased, the staff investigated the domestic similar scale water treatment station technology, innovation and optimization of the design process. On March 30, 2024, another resource water treatment station of Yuanba gas field was put into operation, and the water treatment capacity of the gas field was increased from 600 cubic meters to 1,000 cubic meters per day, laying the foundation for the green and low-carbon long-term development of the gas field. At the same time, the gas field water resource treatment technology related technology has also obtained 3 authorized patents, issued a China petrochemical enterprise standard.
