上海LNG站线扩建项目码头工程是LNG站线扩建项目的重要组成部分，码头工程是LNG运输船靠泊开展装卸作业的主体，是该项工程的咽喉所在，工程建设意义重大。该项码头建设工程将新建15万总吨液化天然气（LNG）运输专用泊位，预计可供载运15~18万立方米LNG运输船靠泊，该码头同时能够兼顾0.5~26.6万立方米LNG运输船靠泊。该码头将采用蝶形布置，由1座工作平台、6座靠船墩、6座系缆墩、主引桥和火炬平台等组成，设计吞吐量为600万吨/年，泊位设计通过能力为625吨/年。

据洋山港海事局工作人员介绍，该工程施工位置处于两侧已建营运的LNG码头和石油储运码头之间的浅滩水域，施工水域狭小，且靠近通航环境复杂的洋山深水港通航主航道，工程施工又投入打桩船、起重船和航线不一，航程较长的材料运输船舶，施工难度较大，安全风险高。

为保障码头扩建工程的顺利开展，洋山港海事局坚持安全与高效并重，全力做好服务保障和安全监管工作，在项目部办理水上水下施工许可证阶段，为其开启“绿色通道”，详细告知项目部水上水下施工许可证的申请条件、办理方式、所需材料、办理流程等信息，并对项目部办理相关手续中提出的问题逐一进行解答和协调解决。

According to the staff of the Maritime Safety Bureau of Yangshan Port, the construction location of the project is in the shallow waters between the LNG terminals built and operated on both sides and the oil storage and transportation terminals. The construction waters are narrow and close to the main navigation channel of Yangshan deep-water Port with complex navigation environment. The construction also involves piling vessels, lifting vessels and different routes, and the material transport vessels with long voyages, making the construction more difficult. High security risk.
