据悉,抗压环作为LNG储罐罐顶的重量直接承载件,通过焊接与LNG储罐罐顶进行连接,抗压环的焊接质量尤为重要,为保证抗压环对接缝焊接质量,项目部采用对称同步焊接的方法进行施焊的同时,抗压环对接缝之间安装焊缝组对充分利用卡具,对焊缝间隙、错边量、棱角度及垂直度进行及时调整,待抗压环半径、垂直度调整合格后进行接焊缝焊接。根据设计文件和图纸,27万m³LNG储罐抗压环共36块,每块抗压环使用4根F型支架作为支撑,单块抗压环重约4t。此次抗压环吊装使用300t轮胎吊和塔吊配合,吊装至距离地面50.8m处安装就位。 为了确保抗压环一次性吊装成功,在兼顾现场安全管理、质量管控及施工效率的同时,坚持“提前谋划、稳扎稳打、协同配合”的工作原则,在抗压环吊装作业前邀请业主、监理、总包EPC联合体等有关单位召开作业推演、安全技术交底及安全风险辨识等会议,对此次吊装作业风险和作业流程进行分析和讨论,制定了抗压环吊装13项检查内容,并明确相关责任人员。吊装过程中,通过对作业人员安全技术质量再交底、吊索具联合交叉检查及施工安全技术质量管理人员旁站指导等措施,确保吊装一次安全就位、安装过程质量受控。 It is reported that the compression ring is a direct bearing part of the weight of the LNG storage tank top, which is connected with the LNG storage tank top through welding. The risk and process of the lifting operation are analyzed and discussed, and 13 inspection contents of the lifting of the compressive ring are formulated, and the relevant responsible personnel are clearly defined.
