6月5日,从西南油气田公司获悉,足201H20-2井钻至井深2596米二开中完。开次三趟钻完成,累计进尺2368米,平均机械钻速9.09米/小时。继同平台3井创渝西足201井区3项最优技术指标纪录基础上再次获提速突破。

足201H20-2井是西南油气田公司部署在渝西区块的一口页岩气开发井。自渝西区块深层页岩气调整井身结构以来,该井首次实现二开三趟钻完钻,创区块二开趟钻数最少指标;实现一趟钻钻穿SXM组、LGS组、ZLJ组,进入XJH组,其中日进尺574米、单趟钻进尺1843米刷新渝西足201井区深层页岩气纪录,为渝西深层页岩气优快钻井积累了宝贵经验。

为确保该井优质平稳快速钻进,西南油气田公司持续践行地质工程一体化,围绕地质资料提前优化轨迹,强化上部井段二开各项地层可钻性剖面与地层特征刻画。优选钻头和提速工具,针对近2400米大井眼钻进,践行“PDC钻头个性化选型、配套钻井参数动态管理”,提升破岩效率、确保优快钻进。持续强化科学钻井理念,建立单井钻头大数据分析图版,坚持“实时动态跟踪+精准数据分析”的技术管理模式,助力钻井进一步提质增效。

Zu 201H20-2 is a shale gas development well deployed by Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company in the west Chongqing area. Since the adjustment of the well structure of the deep shale gas in the west Chongqing block, the well has achieved the completion of two and three trips for the first time, which is the lowest number of trips in the block. Through SXM group, LGS Group and ZLJ Group in one trip, and entered XJH Group, where the daily penetration rate of 574 meters and the single penetration rate of 1843 meters set a new record for deep shale gas in Zizu 201 well area in west Chongqing, accumulating valuable experience for the optimal and fast drilling of deep shale gas in West Chongqing.

In order to ensure the high quality, smooth and rapid drilling of the well, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company continued to practice the integration of geological engineering, optimized the trajectory based on geological data in advance, and strengthened the drillability profile and formation characterization of the upper well section II. Select drill bits and speed up tools, and implement "personalized selection of PDC bit and dynamic management of supporting drilling parameters" for large hole drilling of nearly 2400 meters to improve rock breaking efficiency and ensure optimal and fast drilling. Continue to strengthen the concept of scientific drilling, establish a single well bit big data analysis chart, adhere to the "real-time dynamic tracking + accurate data analysis" technical management model, to help further improve the quality and efficiency of drilling.
