4月-6月,中国船舶集团有限公司旗下第十一研究所积极贯彻落实集团公司LNG产业发展规划,扎实推进LNG密性检测产业布局,以国内首艘17.5万方Mark-III型LNG船为载体,持续开展技术攻关,解决检测“卡脖子”难题,成功实施整艘船4个舱的氨气显色密性检测,这在国内船舶行业尚属首次,也标志着十一所成为国内首家具有独立开展LNG船主屏蔽氨气显色密性检测能力的单位,有力支撑中国船舶集团LNG全产业链建设。

氨气显色密性检测是Mark-III型LNG船一系列密性检测任务中最关键的一环。氨气显色能对围护系统主屏蔽焊缝漏点进行精准的定位,具备明显的直观有效性,检测结果可靠,可以确保围护系统主屏蔽无漏点,有效保障LNG船生命周期内的运行安全。

此次氨气显色密性检测工程紧、实施难度大。在船企大力支持和精心组织下,十一所旗下检测公司践行集团公司“三赢”理念,与船企各部门一起开展前期策划,进行检测过程推演、风险识别和隐患排查,制定突发情况应急预案及演练。检测过程中,检测公司与船企同心协力,集中优势力量、资源,严控工程进度不拖期,保障检测质量。检测实施效果得到了船企和船东的肯定,检测周期达到国内外先进水平。

国内船舶行业首次成功实施氨气显色密性检测,是十一所在船舶检测行业取得的突出成果,为国内LNG船更好开展密性检测提供了路径指引和技术支持。后续,十一所将继续聚焦检测工艺发展创新,接续奋进、攻坚克难,为LNG船的保质高效建造保驾护航,为集团公司建设世界一流船舶集团贡献工艺力量。

From April to June, the 11th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation actively implemented the LNG industry development plan of the Group, steadily promoted the LNG density testing industry layout, and continued to carry out technical research to solve the "bottleneck" problem of testing with the first 175,000 square Mark-III LNG carrier in China. The successful implementation of the ammonia rendering density test for 4 tanks of the entire ship is the first time in the domestic shipping industry, and also marks that the eleventh Institute has become the first unit in China with the ability to independently carry out the detection of the shielding ammonia rendering density for LNG ship owners, which strongly supports the construction of the whole LNG industry chain of China Shipbuilding Group.

The detection of color density of ammonia gas is the most critical part in a series of density detection tasks of Mark-III LNG ship. Ammonia gas color development can accurately locate the leak point of the main shield weld of the enclosure system, with obvious intuitive effectiveness and reliable detection results, which can ensure that the main shield of the enclosure system has no leak point, and effectively guarantee the operation safety of the LNG ship during its life cycle.

The ammonia gas color density testing project is tight and difficult to implement. Under the strong support and careful organization of the shipping enterprises, the 11 testing companies practice the "win-win-win" concept of the group company, carry out preliminary planning together with various departments of the shipping enterprises, carry out testing process deduction, risk identification and hidden danger investigation, and formulate emergency plans and drills for emergencies. In the process of testing, the testing company and the ship enterprise work together to concentrate the superior strength and resources, strictly control the project progress without delay, and ensure the quality of testing. The implementation effect of testing has been affirmed by ship enterprises and owners, and the testing cycle has reached the advanced level at home and abroad.

For the first time, the domestic shipping industry successfully implemented the ammonia gas color density test, which is an outstanding achievement made by the eleven shipping testing industries, and provides path guidance and technical support for the better development of density testing for domestic LNG ships. Subsequently, Eleven will continue to focus on the development and innovation of testing technology, continue to forge ahead and overcome difficulties, escort the quality and efficient construction of LNG vessels, and contribute technological strength to the construction of a world-class ship group.
