中哈天然气管道横跨哈萨克斯坦4个州，终点到达中国新疆霍尔果斯。管道ABC三线并行，单线长度1310公里，是中国—中亚天然气管道的重要组成部分。自开通以来，中哈两国员工携手奋战，实现项目安全运行5000多天。在该项目位于阿拉木图市区的调控中心，中油国际管道公司中哈天然气管道合资公司总经理凯伊波夫向联合采访团队介绍了项目整体运行情况。他表示，该项目在向中国输送天然气的同时，还解决了哈萨克斯坦南部地区天然气供应不足问题，带动当地上万人就业。

从阿拉木图市向东行驶100多公里，一片旷野上矗立着一座现代化站场，这里是中哈天然气管道阿拉木图管理处CS7压气站，4座大型压缩机组正在有序运行。中哈天然气管道全线共有13个这样的压气站。哈萨克斯坦帕拉萨特商业网主编尼古拉·哈拉布扎尔是第一次采访该项目。他表示，天然气管道项目是哈中能源领域合作的重点项目，在哈萨克斯坦家喻户晓。“这次能走进项目现场，详细了解相关情况，让我收获很大。”

奇姆肯特炼厂位于哈萨克斯坦第三大城市奇姆肯特，由中国石油和哈萨克斯坦国家石油公司共同控股，是哈萨克斯坦三大炼厂之一。2014年至2018年，奇姆肯特炼厂完成现代化改造项目一期和二期工程，原油加工能力提升至每年600万吨，同时具备了生产欧Ⅳ、欧Ⅴ标准成品油的能力，成为具有国际先进水平的现代化炼厂。奇姆肯特炼厂副总裁叶尔兰·克西克巴耶夫表示，奇姆肯特炼厂是哈中高质量共建“一带一路”在能源领域的重点合作项目，对于奇姆肯特市及哈南部地区发展具有重要推动作用。“我们将同中方同事一道，继续提高炼厂产能，推进现代化升级改造，为哈中能源合作注入新动力。”

《哈萨克斯坦真理报》驻奇姆肯特记者柳波伏·多布罗塔表示，现代化改造项目让奇姆肯特炼厂重焕生机，每年产出的高质量汽油、柴油、燃料油、航空煤油等推动了当地工业发展和民生改善。“我将继续关注并积极报道奇姆肯特炼厂等合作项目的进展，讲好哈中合作的生动故事。”

The China-Kazakhstan natural gas pipeline spans four Kazakh regions and ends at Khorgos in China's Xinjiang Province. The pipeline ABC has three parallel lines and a single line length of 1310 kilometers, which is an important part of the China-Central Asia natural gas pipeline. He said that while transporting natural gas to China, the project also solved the problem of insufficient natural gas supply in southern Kazakhstan, and promoted tens of thousands of local jobs.

Driving more than 100 kilometers east from Almaty City, a modern station stands on a field. Here is the CS7 compressor station of the Almaty Management Office of the China-Kazakhstan natural Gas Pipeline. Four large compressor units are in orderly operation. There are 13 such compressor stations along the China-Kazakhstan natural gas pipeline. Nikolai Halabzal, editor-in-chief of the Palasat Business Network in Kazakhstan, was interviewed for the first time about the project. He said that the gas pipeline project is a key project of Kazakhstan-China cooperation in the energy field and is widely known in Kazakhstan. "It was very rewarding for me to walk into the project site and learn more about it."

The Shymkent Refinery is located in Kazakhstan's third largest city, Shymkent, is jointly controlled by petrochina and Kazakhstan's National oil company, is one of the three major refineries in Kazakhstan. From 2014 to 2018, the Shimkent Refinery completed the first and second phase of the modernization project, the crude oil processing capacity increased to 6 million tons per year, while having the ability to produce Euro IV and Euro V standard refined oil products, becoming a modern refinery with the international advanced level. Yerlan Ksikbayev, vice president of Shymkent Refinery, said that Shymkent Refinery is a key cooperation project in the field of energy between Kazakhstan and China in jointly building the "Belt and Road" with high quality, which plays an important role in promoting the development of Shymkent City and the southern region of Kazakhstan. "We will work with our Chinese colleagues to continue to increase refinery capacity, promote modernization and upgrading, and inject new impetus into Kazakhstan-China energy cooperation."

Lyubov Dobrota, a reporter for Kazakhstan PDA in Shymkent, said that the modernization project has revived the Shymkent refinery, and the annual output of high-quality gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and aviation kerosene has promoted the development of local industry and the improvement of people's livelihood.
