英深3-3井是吉林油田在龙深气田中央凹陷区部署的1口评价井。此区块发育层系为营二段火山碎屑岩,属于典型的密度大、埋藏深、开发困难的致密火山岩气藏。 龙深气田自2012年开发以来,尝试多种手段。初期探评井多采用常规试气,直井产量低、稳产差。2012年至2020年开展了一系列大规模提产先导试验,虽然实现了产量的突破,但却存在单井投资大、累产低、效益不佳等问题。 2023年开始,吉林油田从顶层设计到具体实施整体转变观念,以效益为中心,采取创新市场化总包模式。3月8日英深3-3井开钻后,吉林西部油气新能源公司克服设备短缺、春耕道路协调难等问题,历时49天完钻,创造吉林探区评价井钻井周期最短纪录,投资降幅达32%。固井施工中,创造了吉林油田5个“第一次”即第一次使用玻璃微珠水泥浆体系、第一次气井使用泡沫低密度固井,第一次气井固井使用压裂车组替量,第一次全井段最长4400米一次固井完成,第一次由八家单位联合作业。采用“多簇限流射孔+三段式缝网压裂+多级暂堵转向技术”实施压裂,取得较好的效果。 根据英深3-3井探索出气井效益开发的有效方向,吉林油田采取整体部署、评价先行、分步实施的开发策略。今年上半年,在中央凹陷区部署开发井5口的同时,选取北部斜坡区部署评价井英深3-16井,目前日产达3万立方米,为下步斜坡区建产提供有效依据,逐步实现龙深气田探明区已动用储量的效益开发动用。 Yingshen 3-3 is an appraisal well deployed by Jilin Oilfield in the central depression of Longshen Gas field. The volcanic clastic rock of the second member of Yingshan Formation is a typical tight volcanic gas reservoir with high density, deep burial and difficult development. Since the Longshen gas field was developed in 2012, various methods have been tried. Conventional gas testing was used in the initial exploration Wells, and the production of vertical Wells was low and the stable production was poor. After the drilling of Yingshen 3-3 well on March 8, Jilin West Oil and Gas New Energy Company overcame problems such as equipment shortage and difficulty in coordinating spring ploughing roads, and completed the drilling in 49 days, creating the shortest drilling cycle record of the eva luation well in Jilin exploration area, and the investment dropped by 32%. In the cementing construction, five "firings" were created in Jilin oilfield, that is, the first use of glass microbead cement system, the first use of foam low-density cementing for gas Wells, the first use of fracturing truck displacement for gas Wells, the first completion of cementing for the longest 4400 meters of the whole well section, and the first joint operation by eight units. Using "multi-cluster limited flow perforation + three-stage fracture network fracturing + multistage temporary plugging and turning technology" to implement fracturing, good results have been achieved. According to the exploration of the effective direction of gas well benefit development in Yingshen 3-3, Jilin Oilfield adopts the development strategy of overall deployment, eva luation first and step by step implementation. In the first half of this year, while deploying 5 development Wells in the central depression area, the eva luation well Yingshen 3-16 was selected to deploy in the Northern Slope area, with a daily output of 30,000 cubic meters, providing an effective basis for the construction of production in the next slope area, and gradually realizing the beneficial development and utilization of the used reserves in the proved area of Longshen gas field. |
