10月10日上午,在南通海事局的维护保障下,随着打桩船“金祥3号”轮在阳光岛北侧水域顺利打下第一根钢管桩,这也标志着南通沿海第三座LNG码头——江苏国信如东LNG接收站码头项目正式开工建设。 该项目作为江苏国信如东LNG接收站项目的配套工程,位于南通港洋口作业区西太阳沙码头区人工岛北侧,拟建设一座15万总吨级的LNG码头,以满足8万至26.6万立方米LNG船的靠泊需求,年周转能力可达600万吨,对于服务全省天然气应急调峰和能源保供具有重要意义。 为保障码头建设顺利开展,南通海事局统筹发展和安全,坚持严管和厚爱并重,督促企业落实安全生产主体责任,指导企业做好通航安全保障方案,开辟“绿色通道”,快速办理水上水下施工许可。施工前,海事部门召开施工前专题安全协调会,明确相关安全监管要求,提前掌握施工船舶动态信息,严防低标准船进入作业区域。 On the morning of October 10, under the maintenance and guarantee of Nantong Maritime Safety Administration, with the piling ship "Jinxiang No. 3" successfully playing the first steel pipe pile in the waters of the north side of Sunshine Island, it also marks the official start of construction of the third LNG terminal along the coast of Nantong - Jiangsu Guoxin Rudong LNG Terminal project.
