西南油气田公司强化井工程统筹管理，实现了井工程整体提速提效，搬家、钻井、改造时效同比提高10%以上。金华501平台采用24小时不间断拉链式作业，创造了致密气储层改造时效新纪录。发挥致密气项目制管理优势，创新“工程设计与施工准备、钻试作业与地面建设、试油测试与撬装生产”三同时建产模式，成立地面工程党员攻坚突击队并授旗，大力推行“一线工作法”，强化安全、质量、进度等全过程监督管控，有效保障地面工程快速推进，金华51井区产能建设集输管道较计划提前15天投运，金浅509浅冷集气站形象进度30%，预计12月30日如期建成投运。

The Jinhua 501 platform used 24-hour continuous zipping operation to set a new record for tight gas reservoir reconstruction time.
