近日，上海LNG站线扩建项目接收站工程（一阶段）迎来重要工程节点——最大单体设备再冷凝器吊装作业在各方工作人员的共同努力下，历时30分钟顺利完成。整个吊装过程安全、平稳、精准。

再冷凝器是LNG接收站BOG再冷凝工艺流程的重要设备。本项目该设备净重137吨，底部直径5.36米、顶部直径4.20米，高27.9米，吊装采用900吨汽车吊作为主吊、350吨汽车吊作为溜尾吊的“双主机抬吊递送法”至设备直立状态，然后使用主吊车将设备吊装就位。

为保证整个吊装作业的顺利进行，工程部、HSE部对再冷凝器专项吊装方案的安全和质量保障措施进行了严格、细致审查，协同监理单位、施工单位在作业前对现场设备、吊具人员证件等进行了专项检查，确保手续齐全、程序合规，安全措施有效落实。

上海LNG站线扩建项目再冷凝器的顺利吊装标志着项目工艺安装工作正式开始。后续工作中，该公司将继续与各参建单位协同配合，以高昂的工作热情、严谨的工作态度、实干的工作作风高效推动工程建设，全力保障项目稳步推进。

Recently, the receiving station project (Phase I) of the Shanghai LNG Station Line expansion project ushered in an important engineering node - the lifting operation of the largest single equipment re-condenser was successfully completed in 30 minutes with the joint efforts of staff from all parties. The whole hoisting process is safe, smooth and accurate.

Recondenser is an important equipment in the BOG recondensing process of LNG receiving station. The net weight of the equipment in this project is 137 tons, the bottom diameter is 5.36 meters, the top diameter is 4.20 meters, and the height is 27.9 meters. The "double main engine lifting and delivery method" of 900 tons truck crane as the main crane and 350 tons truck crane as the tail lift crane is used to lift the equipment to the upright state, and then the main crane is used to lift the equipment into place.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the whole hoisting operation, the Engineering Department and HSE Department conducted a strict and careful review of the safety and quality assurance measures of the special hoisting scheme of the recondenser, and cooperated with the supervision unit and the construction unit to carry out a special inspection of the site equipment and the documents of the sling personnel before the operation, so as to ensure complete procedures, compliance procedures and effective implementation of safety measures.

The successful hoisting of the recondenser of the Shanghai LNG Station Line expansion project marks the official start of the process installation work of the project. In the follow-up work, the company will continue to cooperate with the participating units, efficiently promote the project construction with high work enthusiasm, rigorous work attitude and practical work style, and fully ensure the steady progress of the project.
