摘要多级冷能发电循环构型的优化是提高LNG冷能发电系统?效率的重要途径。从减少有机朗肯循环工质蒸发器?损失的角度,对现有三级发电循环方案进行了HYSYS模拟分析和改进,提出了新型三级冷能发电循环优化方案,并进行了技术经济评价。结果表明:新型三级冷能发电循环优化方案净输出功较现有方案增加了438.00 kW,?效率提高了10.35%;项目财务内部收益率和净现值分别提升了5.30%和28.23%,平准化度电成本降低了3.16%,新型三级冷能发电循环优化方案具有更好的盈利能力和降本增效效果。以上研究可为LNG接收站冷能发电工艺的优化设计和经济评价提供参考。The optimization of the multi-stage cold energy power generation cycle configuration is an important way to improve the exergy efficiency of the LNG cold energy power generation system.From the perspective of reducing the exergy loss of organic Rankine cycle working fluid evaporators,the existing three-stage power generation cycle was analyzed and improved by HYSYS simulation,an optimization scheme of new three-stage combined cold energy power generation cycle was proposed,and the technoeconomic appraisal was carried out.The results show that the net power generation of the new scheme is 438.00 kW higher than that of the existing scheme,and the exergy efficiency is increased by 10.35%.The financial internal rate of return and net present value of the new scheme increase by 5.30% and 28.23% respectively,and the levelized cost of electricity reduces by 3.16%.The new scheme has stronger profitability,better cost-reduction and efficiency-increasing effects.The above research can provide a reference for the optimization design and economic eva luation of the cold energy power generation process of the LNG terminals.
