4月15日,记者从川庆钻探公司获悉,由川庆钻探试修公司研制的两款万米深井测试封隔器,经过23天的持续奋战,于4月8日在新疆轮台高温高压井下工具实验室顺利完成高温高压评价实验,达到国际最高指标要求。两款测试封隔器最高实验温度237摄氏度,最高承静压209兆帕,最高压差113兆帕,完全满足万米深井适用要求,打破了万米深井无测试封隔器可用的僵局。

为确保万米深井测试封隔器实验成功,川庆钻探试修公司提前派驻一级工程师与相关部门就实验步骤、参数进行了逐条梳理和讨论完善,选派优秀技术人员全程跟踪,并以《API Specification 19TT》为基础开展V2-TP等级评价测试。在实验过程中,测试团队面对管柱上顶、压力反转次数多、载荷受温度影响等难题,及时进行判断分析,采取针对性的措施,最终完成实验并顺利取出封隔器,检查各部件完好、胶筒完整,工作温度、工作压差等各项测试指标达到国际领先水平,为下一步转入现场试验阶段打下了基础。

On April 15, the reporter learned from Chuanqing Drilling Company that the two 10,000 meter deep well test packer developed by Chuanqing Drilling test repair company, after 23 days of continuous struggle, successfully completed the high temperature and high pressure eva luation experiment in Xinjiang Wheel high temperature and high pressure underground tool laboratory on April 8, reaching the highest international index requirements. The maximum test temperature of the two test packers is 237 degrees Celsius, the maximum static pressure is 209 mpa, and the maximum high pressure difference is 113 mpa, which fully meets the applicable requirements of 10,000 meters deep Wells and breaks the deadlock that there is no test packer available in 10,000 meters deep Wells.

In order to ensure the success of the ten-thousand-meter deep well test packer experiment, Chuanqing Drilling Test Repair company sent a first-level engineer in advance to discuss and improve the experimental steps and parameters with relevant departments, selected excellent technical personnel to track the whole process, and carried out V2-TP grade eva luation test based on API Specification 19TT. During the experiment, the test team, faced with difficulties such as the top of the pipe column, the number of pressure reversals, and the load affected by temperature, made timely judgment and analysis, took targeted measures, and finally completed the experiment and successfully removed the packer, checked the integrity of all components and the integrity of the rubber cylinder, and the test indicators such as working temperature and working pressure difference reached the international leading level. It lays a foundation for the next step into the field test stage.
