近日，由北京石油化工工程有限公司（简称：北油工程）EPC总承包的安徽碳鑫科技有限公司甲醇综合利用项目60万吨/年乙醇联合装置登上央视新闻联播。

该项目是北油工程“走出去”战略的重点工程，公司继榆神能化50万吨/年煤基乙醇项目成功运行后，再次刷新单套产能纪录。项目投资体量大、工艺技术先进、产业牵引力强，是淮北矿业集团延伸煤化工产业链，布局精细化工的关键项目，对于淮北市完善基础产业配套，打造先进高分子结构材料和精细化工产业集群具有重要意义。

目前，北油工程已完成单装置从10万吨到60万吨的各系列乙醇装置的设计工作，公司在合成气制乙醇方面积累了丰富的设计和工程经验，设计实现标准化和模块化。同时，公司进一步研究乙醇下游产品的开发与推广，不断推动煤化工产业链的延伸。

This project is the key project of the "going out" strategy of Beiyou Engineering. After the successful operation of Yushen Energy Chemical 500,000 tons/year coal-based ethanol project, the company once again broke the record of a single set of production capacity. With large investment volume, advanced process technology and strong industrial traction, the project is a key project for Huaibei Mining Group to extend the coal chemical industry chain and lay out the fine chemical industry. It is of great significance for Huaibei City to improve the supporting basic industries and build advanced polymer structural materials and fine chemical industry clusters.

At present, Beiyou Engineering has completed the design of various series of ethanol plants from 100,000 tons to 600,000 tons per unit, and the company has accumulated rich design and engineering experience in the synthesis gas to ethanol, and the design has realized standardization and modularization. At the same time, the company further studies the development and promotion of ethanol downstream products, and constantly promotes the extension of the coal chemical industry chain.
