日前,江汉油田完成焦页66东平台5口井压后钻井取芯工作,5口井累计取芯总进尺1004.7米,刷新单平台钻井取芯总进尺最长世界纪录,焦页66-检5井刷新单井水平段连续取芯进尺最长、水平段芯长最长、水平段取芯平均收获率最高、单次水平段长筒取芯进尺最长等4项世界纪录,标志着江汉油田页岩气压后裂缝区钻井取芯技术达到世界先进水平。

焦页66东平台位于重庆市涪陵区焦石镇楠木村,其中焦页66-检1井、检2井、检3井、检4井是页岩气压后裂缝区定向取芯井,焦页66-检5井是国内首口页岩气压后裂缝区水平段取芯井,目的是通过多种取芯方式,明确涪陵页岩气田焦石坝立体开发区三维空间裂缝展布特征,同时评价在小井距条件下进一步加密布井的潜力。

为推进高难度取芯工作,江汉油田联合石油工程技术研究院、中原石油工程公司、经纬公司、胜利石油工程公司钻井工艺研究院等多家单位,提前开展方案论证、工具改进和措施制定,成立页岩气井压后钻井取芯技术团队。他们围绕取芯难题开展攻关,采用“三筒、六筒连接”取芯技术,努力探索水平井长筒取芯工具极限能力,提高取芯作业的稳定性和效率,同时优化取芯钻具组合,确保了取芯作业顺利进行。

Recently, Jianghan Oilfield completed the drilling coring work after pressure of 5 Wells in Jiaoye 66 east platform, and the total coring footage of 5 Wells accumulated 1004.7 meters, refreshing the world record for the longest total coring footage of single platform drilling. Jiaoye 66-Jian5 set four world records, including the longest continuous coring footage, the longest horizontal core length, the highest average yield of horizontal coring, and the longest single horizontal long barrel coring footage, which indicates that the drilling technology in the fractured zone after gas pressure in Jianghan oilfield has reached the world advanced level.

Jiaoye 66 East platform is located in Nanmu Village, Jiaoshi Town, Fuling District, Chongqing. Jiaoye 66-Check 1, Check 2, Check 3 and Check 4 are directional coring Wells in shale post-pressure fracture area. Jiaoye 66-Check 5 is the first horizontal coring well in shale post-pressure fracture area in China. The characteristics of fracture distribution in three dimensional space in Jiaoshiba development zone of Fuling shale gas field are clarified, and the potential of further densely filling Wells under the condition of small well spacing is eva luated.

In order to promote the difficult coring work, Jianghan Oilfield United Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute, Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering Company, Jingwei Company, Shengli Petroleum Engineering Company drilling technology Research Institute and many other units, in advance to carry out program demonstration, tool improvement and measures to establish a shale gas well after pressure drilling coring technical team. They carried out research around the core problems, adopted the "three barrel, six barrel connection" core technology, and tried to explore the limit capacity of horizontal well long barrel core tools, improve the stability and efficiency of the core operation, and optimize the core drill assembly to ensure the smooth core operation.
