今年年初以来，新疆油田以“碳寻绿色新动能，驱动低碳大油田”为引领，创新应用“三个管到”运行模式，全力保障11个CCUS注碳试验区高效运行。

全链条跟踪管理到位。新疆油田开发公司CCUS项目经理部打通购碳、运碳、注碳全产业链流程，实施全链条闭环管理，保障CCUS项目全天候高效运行。现场注入管理到位。新疆油田设计打造标准化制度、标准化井场布置、标准化安全管理、标准化设备参数“四个标准化”井场。目前，74套二氧化碳注入设备已“入驻”生产现场。油田还增设了注入井动态跟踪管理机制，实时跟踪现场注入情况，及时优化调整注采参数，确保二氧化碳注得进、原油驱得出。运行安全监管到位。按照全要素管理要求，项目管理人员构建CCUS业务小体系，通过梳理全链条业务流程、分析工艺安全、识别风险清单、制定管控措施和强化履职评估5个方面，建立橇装化注入标准规范，指导CCUS项目安全有序开展。

目前，新疆油田11个CCUS注碳试验区的日注碳量达到1500吨以上，比去年同期提升910吨。其中，百21井区百口泉组油藏二氧化碳混相驱试验作为集团公司“压舱石”工程重点项目，6口注入井的日注碳量最高达210吨。

In addition, the oilfield has set up a dynamic tracking management mechanism for injection Wells to track the on-site injection situation in real time, optimize and adjust injection and production parameters in time, and ensure the injection of carbon dioxide and the displacement of crude oil. In accordance with the requirements of total factor management, project managers build a small CCUS business system, establish standard specifications for skid-mounted injection through the five aspects of summarizing the whole chain business process, analyzing process safety, identifying risk lists, formulating control measures and strengthening performance assessment, and guide the safe and orderly development of CCUS projects.

At present, the daily carbon injection volume of 11 CCUS carbon injection test areas in Xinjiang oilfield has reached more than 1,500 tons, an increase of 910 tons over the same period last year. Among them, the carbon dioxide miscible flooding test of Baikouquan reservoir in Bai21 well area is the key project of the "ballast stone" project of the Group company, and the daily carbon injection volume of 6 injection Wells is up to 210 tons.
