今年以来，油田公司聚焦增产16万吨，力争20万吨的“扩油”上产目标，抓早动快高效实施产能建设，在1月4日召开了产能建设部署会，系统谋划全年产建工作，并于2月下旬全面启动新一年钻井作业，全力保障新井采油月。同时，深挖老井增产潜力提产量，结合注水调整治理规划，统筹实施低产低效井技措挖潜，加强关停井资料分析、设备清查及生产设施配备，通过复抽、流动抽油等措施，继续实施“万口油井恢复工程”，并严格落实配产方案，坚持日定额管理，完善生产运行应急预案，优化油井工作制度，提高开井率及生产效率，均衡安排产储运销，牢牢把握生产主动权。

当前正值原油生产“黄金期”，油田公司在加大新井建产、老井稳产、措施井增产力度的基础上，公司领导带头深入基层一线，扎实开展“大起底、大排查、大整治”专项行动，为油田夺油上产营造安全稳定的生产环境，并同时进行现场办公，听诉求、纾困难、提信心，积极帮助基层单位协调解决问题，助力原油生产再掀高潮。
