4月7日，来自卡塔尔的LNG运输船“卡拉娜”号在中国海油宁波“绿能港”LNG接收站码头顺利完成9万吨LNG货物卸载，标志着宁波“绿能港”累计进口保税LNG突破200万吨。

2021年6月，宁波“绿能港”经海关批准顺利设立华东地区首个LNG液体保税仓库。经过两年的探索推进，宁波“绿能港”2023年6月顺利实现LNG保税货物接卸突破100万吨和LNG液体保税仓库扩容。在海关、海事、边检、港航等口岸单位的支持和指导下，宁波“绿能港”进一步探索创新，实现多元化业务的拓展延伸，创新开展LNG转口贸易、LNG国际船舶加注和返装业务，为LNG保税业务再提速，仅用时9个月顺利完成LNG保税货物进口量翻倍，推动保税仓库发展步入新台阶。

开年即开跑，得益于国际航行船舶保税LNG加注常态化运行和保税LNG转口贸易业务，宁波“绿能港”一季度LNG保税货物返装量已超去年全年总量，截至3月底已累计进口LNG货物总值超13亿美元，完成“储罐到船”LNG保税货物返装10艘次，累计返装41万方LNG，预计2024全年保税货物出口量将实现大迈步，在为地方经济发展做出突出贡献的同时，实现从“仓库”到“枢纽”的蜕变，在践行“双碳”战略上更深一层，聚焦主责主业，为大力推动绿色高质量发展注入新动能、塑造新优势。

On April 7, the LNG carrier "Kalana" from Qatar successfully completed the unloading of 90,000 tons of LNG cargo at the terminal of Ningbo "Green Energy Port" LNG receiving terminal, marking the cumulative import of bonded LNG in Ningbo "Green Energy Port" exceeded 2 million tons.

In June 2021, Ningbo Green Energy Port was approved by the Customs to set up the first LNG liquid bonded warehouse in East China. After two years of exploration and promotion, Ningbo "Green Energy Port" successfully achieved LNG bonded cargo receiving and unloading more than 1 million tons and LNG liquid bonded warehouse expansion in June 2023. Under the support and guidance of customs, maritime, border inspection, port and other port units, Ningbo "Green Energy Port" further explored innovation, realized the expansion and extension of diversified business, innovatively carried out LNG transit trade, LNG international ship filling and reloading business, and accelerated the LNG bonded business, successfully completed the import volume of LNG bonded goods doubled in only 9 months. We will promote the development of bonded warehouses to a new level.

In the beginning of the year, thanks to the normal operation of bonded LNG refueling on international sailing ships and the bonded LNG entrepot trade business, the return loading of LNG bonded cargo in the first quarter of Ningbo "Green Energy Port" has exceeded the total amount of last year, and the total value of imported LNG cargo has exceeded 1.3 billion US dollars by the end of March, and 10 times of "tank to ship" LNG bonded cargo have been returned. A total of 410,000 cubic meters of LNG will be returned, and it is expected that the export volume of bonded goods in 2024 will achieve a great step forward, while making outstanding contributions to local economic development, realizing the transformation from "warehouse" to "hub", deepening the implementation of the "double carbon" strategy, focusing on the main responsibility and main business, injecting new momentum and shaping new advantages for vigorously promoting green and high-quality development.
