近日,气电集团与中船七一一所联合研发的船用BOG再液化装置圆满完成出厂验收。该装置将被安装在我国首艘天然气运输加注船“海洋石油301”号上。此次验收工作由气电集团、海油发展采油服务分公司和广船文冲修造等多方共同参加。

出厂验收测试不仅是装置机械完工后的一个重要节点,也是验证试制设备性能标准的重要环节。本次验收涵盖了报警信号测试、紧急停车测试、0-20%-60%-100%冷量稳定性测试,72小时满负荷性能测试等多个方面。验收采用实际LNG工质,顺利完成72小时满负荷耐久和多工况的性能试验,整个过程以自动方式运行,控制系统简单高效,磁悬浮压缩膨胀机组运行平稳,工艺参数稳定达标,装置的冷量和能耗等关键指标均优于设计要求。

此次验收的圆满完成,标志着中国海油船用BOG再液化装置已具备工程应用条件,也进一步推动了科研成果向工程转化,助力了中国海油产业链技术和装备的升级。下一步,气电集团将继续推进再液化装置的上船安装,尽早实现工程示范应用。

Recently, the BOG reliquefaction unit jointly developed by Gas and Power Group and CSSC 711 has successfully completed the factory acceptance. The device will be installed on China's first natural gas transport refueling ship "Offshore Oil 301". The acceptance work by the gas and electric Group, CNOOC development oil production service branch and Guangshan Wenchong repair and other parties to participate.

Factory acceptance test is not only an important node after the completion of the device machinery, but also an important link to verify the performance standards of the trial-production equipment. This acceptance covers alarm signal test, emergency shutdown test, 0-20%-60%-100% cold capacity stability test, 72-hour full load performance test and other aspects. Acceptance of the actual LNG working medium, successfully completed the 72-hour full load endurance and multi-condition performance test, the whole process is operated in an automatic way, the control system is simple and efficient, the maglev compression expansion unit runs smoothly, the process parameters are stable and up to standard, and the key indicators of the device such as cooling capacity and energy consumption are better than the design requirements.

The successful completion of the acceptance marks that CNOOC's Marine BOG reliquefaction unit has met the engineering application conditions, further promoted the transformation of scientific research achievements to the project, and helped upgrade the technology and equipment of CNOOC's industrial chain. In the next step, the group will continue to promote the installation of the reliquefaction unit on board, and realize the demonstration application of the project as soon as possible.
