由胜利油田石油工程技术研究院研发的油田开发解堵增产酶制剂在临盘、孤东等采油厂开展30多井次现场应用,提高单井产能30%以上,其中临盘采油厂盘32-平19井开井后日产油10.5吨。 新钻井完井投产前需要解除泥浆等堵塞。近年来,油田开发的解堵增产酶制剂在油井增产提产中发挥着越来越重要作用。相较于酸、氧化剂等常用解堵方法,生物酶制剂具有绿色、高效、降解温和、解堵彻底等优点。胜利油田依托国家重点研发计划课题,攻关油田生物酶技术,解决“卡脖子”难题,目前已在酶品种、耐温性、酶制备、入井液优化等现场应用工艺方面取得突破性进展。下一步,科研人员将迭代升级生物酶产品体系,进一步增强油藏适应性,扩大生物酶降解范围,建立以酶为核心的解堵增产一体化工艺技术。 The oil field development plugging removal and stimulation enzyme developed by the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of Shengli Oilfield has been applied in more than 30 Wells in Linpan and Gudong oil production plants, increasing the production capacity of a single well by more than 30%, of which the oil production of Pan 32-Ping 19 in Linpan oil production plant after opening 10.5 tons per day. In recent years, enzyme preparations for plugging and stimulation in oil field development play an increasingly important role in oil well stimulation and production. Compared with the common methods such as acid and oxidizer, the biological enzyme preparation has the advantages of green, high efficiency, mild degradation and complete plugging removal. Shengli Oilfield relies on the national key research and development plan to tackle the oilfield biological enzyme technology to solve the "bottleneck" problem, and has made breakthroughs in the field application technology such as enzyme varieties, temperature resistance, enzyme preparation, and optimization of well fluid. In the next step, researchers will iterate and upgrade the biological enzyme product system, further enhance reservoir adaptability, expand the range of biological enzyme degradation, and establish an integrated process technology for plugging and increasing production with enzyme as the core. |
