近日,华北油气分公司在红河油田HH74P6井试验的纳米黑卡吞吐驱油工艺初获成效,实现稳定生产超1个月,日产量同比增加16.9%。

红河油田天然能量开发油井呈现“产量低、液面低、含水高”特征,为进一步挖潜多轮次吞吐试验井潜力,工程技术人员在HH74P6井应用纳米黑卡吞吐驱油工艺。该工艺具有自动寻找油水界面、剥离剩余油、改变岩石润湿性等特点,在室内岩芯驱替实验中,采收率较使用同浓度表面活性剂增加11%,可用于多轮次表面活性剂吞吐后油井挖潜。

该井初期注入纳米黑卡驱油剂900立方米,开井31天后见到增油效果,为低产井措施增产提供新利器。

The process can automatically find the oil-water interface, remove the remaining oil and change the wettability of rock. In the laboratory core displacement experiment, the recovery rate is 11% higher than that of using surfactants of the same concentration, and it can be used to tap the potential of oil Wells after multiple rounds of surfactant huff and huff.

900 cubic meters of nano-black card displacement agent was injected into the well at the initial stage, and the oil increase effect was seen 31 days after the well was opened, which provided a new tool for the stimulation of low-producing Wells.
