5月27日,胜利油田临盘采油厂首次利用充填覆膜砂防砂技术开发油水同层油藏试验井盘2-更斜70井获得成功,实现日产液量10.1吨、日产原油5吨。

盘2-更斜70井为临盘油田盘2-33沙三下单元的一口更新油井,该井钻遇油藏为油水同层,具有稠油、高泥质等特点,技术人员经过精心研究,决定采用充填覆膜砂防砂技术治理该油藏。技术人员反复模拟试验,根据模拟情况制定充填施工参数,实施精准充填后获得成功。

充填覆膜砂防砂技术的成功实施,进一步丰富了临盘采油厂差异化防砂技术体系,为高效开发油水同层油藏提供经验,也为治理高泥质、粉细砂、稠油、油水层间互等相近油藏闯出一条新路子。

On May 27, Linpan Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield successfully developed oil-water reservoir test well Pan 2-Gengskee 70 for the first time by using the sand control technology of filling and coating sand, achieving 10.1 tons of fluid per day and 5 tons of crude oil per day.

Well Pan 2-Genxian-70 is a replacement well in the lower unit of Sha 3 of Pan 2-33 in the Linpan oilfield. The reservoir encountered by the well is oil-water strata with heavy oil and high mud quality. After careful study, the technicians decided to use the sand control technology of filling and coating sand to control the reservoir. The technical personnel repeatedly simulated the test, and formulated the filling construction parameters according to the simulated situation, and achieved success after implementing accurate filling.

The successful implementation of the sand control technology of filling and coating sand has further enriched the differentiated sand control technology system of Linpan oil production plant, provided experience for the efficient development of oil-water reservoir, and also broke a new way for the treatment of high mud, fine sand, heavy oil, oil water reservoir and other similar reservoirs.
