该公司组织各板块优化工艺技术,降低水电气等能源消耗。专业团队利用余热产气、余热发电技术,以及生产系统高温高压气体、液体流动产生的势能回收技术,降低工业用电。

该公司设计、研发等单位深度联合,全面掌握炼化装置高温余热总量,应用现代锅炉技术,引入软化水,有效利用高温余热生产中压、高压蒸汽。截至目前,该公司投运余热锅炉10多个,既提高了生产系统冷热平衡的调节效率,又大幅降低各等级蒸汽的消耗。

烟机是该公司催化裂化装置主风机组的核心配套设备,可以回收装置催化剂再生部位烟气产生的势能,并带动主风机组运行。去年以来,动设备团队优化烟机运行,改造叶片,提升烟气势能回收转化效率。目前,该装置主电机每小时节约用电1000千瓦时。

The company's design, research and development units are deeply combined to fully grasp the total amount of high-temperature waste heat in refining and chemical units, apply modern boiler technology, introduce softened water, and effectively use high-temperature waste heat to produce medium-pressure and high-pressure steam. Up to now, the company has put into operation more than 10 waste heat boilers, which not only improves the adjustment efficiency of the cold and heat balance of the production system, but also greatly reduces the consumption of steam of various grades.

Smoke machine is the core supporting equipment of the main wind unit of the catalytic cracking unit of the company, which can recover the potential energy generated by the flue gas in the catalyst regeneration part of the unit and drive the main wind unit to run. Since last year, the power equipment team has optimized the operation of the smoke machine, reformed the blades, and improved the efficiency of gas potential energy recovery and conversion. At present, the main motor of the device saves 1,000 KWH of electricity per hour.
