三塘湖采油管理区牛圈湖联合站4000方污水处理撬装装置调试成功

“好消息,牛圈湖采油中心(联合站)4000立方米污水处理撬装装置调试成功了。”8月27日,三塘湖采油管理区牛圈湖采油中心(联合站)主任俞家善在早班会上高兴地向全体员工说道。

随着油田污水处理技术的不断发展,三塘湖采油管理区目前使用的污水生化处理系统因生化池中微生物受环境因素影响较大,存在微生物流失后投菌成本高,装置系统产泥量大等缺点,无法满足现阶段油田污水处理的要求。

2023年,牛圈湖联合站引进了500立方米污水处理撬装装置。该装置主要采用高效除油反应器+微纳米氮气气浮+多元复合过滤先进技术,具有处理效果稳定、运行成本低、自动化程度高、占地面积小、产生污泥少等优点。

经过半年试运行,整体试运行效果良好。今年年初,管理区决定组织对该污水处理撬装装置进行扩容升级。通过公司组织招标,8月中旬,4000立方米污水处理撬装装置安装完成,20日开始对处理撬逐个进行了调试运行,25日三套精细处理撬全部调试完成。

扩容升级后,污水处理撬装装置处理水质化验达标,装置排出的污泥通过叠螺污泥脱水机脱水后干燥紧致。污泥脱水机进行脱水后,脱水污泥拉运至废渣场指定存放地点,每日可减少生化系统至联合站干化池排污量约150立方米,有效降低干化池中含油污泥的排入量。

With the continuous development of oilfield wastewater treatment technology, the current sewage biochemical treatment system used in Santanghu oil production management area cannot meet the requirements of oilfield wastewater treatment at the present stage because the microorganisms in the biochemical pool are greatly affected by environmental factors, and there are shortcomings such as high cost of bacteria injection after microbial loss and large sludge production volume of the installation system.

In 2023, 500 cubic meters of sewage treatment prying device was introduced to Niuquanhu Joint station. The device mainly adopts the advanced technology of high efficiency oil removal reactor + micro and nano nitrogen gas flotation + multiple composite filtration, which has the advantages of stable treatment effect, low operating cost, high degree of automation, small footprint and less sludge production.

After half a year of trial operation, the overall trial operation effect is good. At the beginning of this year, the management area decided to organize the expansion and upgrade of the sewage treatment skid installation device. Through the bidding organized by the company, in mid-August, the installation of 4,000 cubic meters of sewage treatment skid installation device was completed, the treatment skid was debugged one by one on the 20th, and the three sets of fine treatment skid were all debugged on the 25th.

After capacity expansion and upgrading, the water quality test of the sewage treatment skid mounting device meets the standard, and the sludge discharged from the device is dried and firmed by the stack spiral sludge dewatering machine. After the sludge dewatering machine is dehydrated, the dehydrated sludge is transported to the designated storage place of the waste slag farm, which can reduce the daily sewage discharge from the biochemical system to the drying tank of the joint station by about 150 cubic meters, and effectively reduce the discharge amount of oily sludge in the drying tank.

Field staff are checking the operation of the device. After the production water pry-mounted integrated fine treatment device is put into operation, it will further improve the quality of wastewater treatment water in Niuquanhu Joint Station, reduce the operating cost and reduce the labor intensity of personnel.
