9月2日上午，在2024年三季度兰州市重大项目集中开工活动暨西固区重大项目集中开工活动现场，兰州石化公司炼油区雨污分流改造项目宣布开工。西固区委书记赵同庆出席并通报2024年西固区谋划储备项目及目前推进情况，西固区委副书记、区长王毓亭，区人大常委会党组书记、主任王延风，区政协党组书记、主席张君明，公司副总经理兼安全总监刘斌，安全环保首席专家卢建国出席开工活动。

2024年，西固区共谋划储备项目121个，总投资656.75亿元，年度计划投资70.9亿元。截至目前，72个续建项目已全部复工；49个新建项目开工36个，开工率73.47%。

公司炼油区雨污分流改造项目作为2个重大项目之一，总投资1.95亿元，年度计划投资0.7亿元，对公司炼油区雨污系统进行全面改造，大幅降低暴雨期间的含油污水增量，降低雨水排口环保风险，提升公司水系统污染防控能力。项目建成后，将实现污水输送管道化改造及清污分流目标，保障炼油区环境安全，促进企业集约高效和转型发展。

Zhao Tongqing, Secretary of Xigu District Party Committee, attended and briefed on the 2024 Xigu District planning reserve project and the current progress, Wang Yuting, Deputy secretary of Xigu District Party Committee and District Governor, Wang Yanfeng, Party secretary and director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Zhang Junming, Party secretary and chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, Liu Bin, deputy general manager and safety director of the company, and Lu Jianguo, chief expert on safety and environmental protection, attended the construction activities.

In 2024, Xigu District has planned 121 reserve projects with a total investment of 65.675 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 7.09 billion yuan. Up to now, all 72 continued projects have been resumed. Out of 49 new projects, 36 were started, with an operating rate of 73.47%.

As one of the two major projects, the rain and pollution diversion renovation project of the company's oil refining area has a total investment of 195 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 0.7 million yuan to comprehensively transform the rain and pollution system of the company's oil refining area, significantly reduce the increase of oily sewage during rainstorm, reduce the environmental risk of storm water outfall, and improve the pollution prevention and control capacity of the company's water system. After the completion of the project, it will achieve the goal of transforming the sewage transmission pipeline and diverting the pollution, ensuring the environmental safety of the refining area, and promoting the intensive and efficient transformation and development of enterprises.
