近日,井下作业公司首次采用大通径测试工具顺利完成元陆178井首层地层测试施工,创造了国内大通径测试工具施工新纪录,标志着该公司在国内地层测试领域取得的又一次技术突破。

元陆178井元陆178井是中石化勘探分公司在四川盆地川北坳陷通江向斜西南掀起端部署的一口重点评价井,设计要求该井4段采用114.3mm油管+测试工具+封隔器的施工工艺,压裂施工排量9-12m³/min,实现大规模体积压裂。

自主研发 创新定制

目前现有测试工具通径无法满足该井大排量体积压裂需求,且国内没有成型的测试工具可选用,因此自主研发、创新定制势在必行。

大通径意味着工具抗压能力降低,在长时间压裂施工中风险较大。今年5月,井下作业公司与勘探分公司经过多次研究论证,明确了工具研制方向,由井下作业公司主要领导牵头,测试技术中心成立工作专班,与厂家密切沟通,共同研究试验,不断细化工具参数,加快工具研制进度。历经为期两个多月的测试研制,优质高效完成了工具加工及性能试验,确保了新工具符合各项安全技术标准,并在甲方规定的开工日期前顺利完成工具验收。

Recently, the downhole operating company successfully completed the first layer formation test construction of Yuanlu 178 well with Datong diameter test tools for the first time, creating a new record of domestic Datong diameter test tools construction, marking another technological breakthrough made by the company in the field of domestic formation test.

Yuanlu 178 Well is a key eva luation well deployed by Sinopec Exploration Branch in the southwest lift end of Tongjiang syncline in the North Sichuan Depression, Sichuan Basin. The design requires that the construction technology of 114.3mm tubing + test tool + packer be adopted in the 4 sections of the well, and the fracturing capacity is 9-12m³/min to achieve large-scale volumetric fracturing.

Independent research and development innovation customization

At present, the diameter of the existing test tools can not meet the needs of the well's large displacement volume fracturing, and there is no molding test tools available in China, so independent research and development, innovation and customization are imperative.

The large diameter means that the tool is less resistant to pressure, which is more risky in the long fracturing operation. In May this year, the underground operating company and the exploration branch after many research and demonstration, clear the direction of tool development, led by the main leaders of the underground operating company, the test technology center set up a special class, close communication with the manufacturer, joint research and test, constantly refine the tool parameters, speed up the progress of tool development. After more than two months of testing and development, the tool processing and performance test have been completed with high quality and efficiency, ensuring that the new tools meet all safety technical standards, and the acceptance of tools has been successfully completed before the start date specified by Party A.
