5月31日，塔里木油田哈13-H9井单日进尺2006米，刷新塔里木油田单日单井进尺最快纪录，实现单日进尺首次突破2000米。

哈13-H9井是“单部钻机年度进尺3万米”项目的第3口实施井。塔里木油田油气田产能建设事业部塔北项目经理部和川庆钻探70292钻井队成立联合保障组，积极对接塔里木勘探开发研究院、油气工艺研究院，认真总结已实施的哈16-H10井、哈16-H16井成功经验，根据地层岩性特点，持续优化井身结构，加强钻头螺杆工具选型，充分发挥“三高两大”钻井参数优势，强化现场人员立柱衔接工序，取得单日单井进尺首次突破2000米的提速提效好成绩。

目前，“单部钻机年度进尺3万米”项目进尺已过半。甲乙双方从严安全高效钻进，一手抓安全生产，一手抓提速增效，结合“安全生产月”暨塔里木油田“井控警示月”相关部署，持续完善以提升安全意识、安全技能、安全纪律为核心的“三提升”管理，认真做好钻井工具及入井流体质量把关、单井“井控明白人培训”、钻机设备巡查巡检等具体工作，确保安全提速。

On May 31, well Ha 13-H9 in Tarim Oilfield drilled 2,006 meters in a single day, breaking the record of the fastest single well drilled in Talimu Oilfield in a single day, and achieving a single day drilled over 2,000 meters for the first time.

The Ha 13-H9 well is the third implementation well of the "annual penetration of 30,000 meters per rig" project. The Management Department of Tabei Project of Tarim Oilfield Production Capacity Construction Department and Chuanqing Drilling 70292 drilling team set up a joint support group to actively link up with Tarim Exploration and Development Research Institute and Oil and Gas Technology Research Institute, earnestly summing up the successful experience of the implemented Wells Ha 16-H10 and Ha 16-H16, and continuously optimize the well structure according to the formation lithology characteristics. Strengthen the selection of drill screw tools, give full play to the advantages of "three high and two big" drilling parameters, strengthen the connecting process of personnel columns on site, and achieve a good result of speed improvement and efficiency improvement of single well footage exceeding 2000 meters for the first time in a day.

At present, the "annual footage of a single drilling rig 30,000 meters" project has been more than half. Party A and Party B shall strictly drill safely and efficiently, focus on production safety at one hand and speed up efficiency at the other, and continue to improve the "three improvements" management centered on improving safety awareness, safety skills and safety discipline in combination with the relevant deployment of "Safety Production Month" and "Well Control Warning Month" in Tarim Oilfield. Carefully do drilling tools and fluid quality control, single well "well control person training", drill equipment inspection and other specific work to ensure safety and speed up.
