7月3日，总台央视记者从中国石化获悉，位于北部湾盆地的海3斜井成功测试出高产工业油气流，刷新了该海域油气日产的最高纪录。这一发现不仅为北部湾地区的油气增储建产提供了强有力支撑，也为我国能源安全和经济发展注入了新的动力。

北部湾盆地是我国沿海六大含油盆地之一，油气资源丰富。海3斜井位于北部湾涠洲岛西南约80公里处的海中凹陷海域，作业深度达4600米，其中水平位移达1300米，井底温度150℃，是中国石化在涠西区块井深最深、温压最高的探井。作业人员先后克服了大段难钻含灰地层、易垮塌密集煤层等难题，最终成功钻探并取得良好油气显示。测试日产原油738立方米、天然气28万立方米，油气当量达1010立方米。

我国海洋油气资源极为丰富，作为长期、大幅增产的重要领域，未来勘探开发潜力将持续释放。据统计，我国海洋原油年产量已突破6200万吨，占全国原油总增量的七成以上，展现出强劲的增产势头。随着勘探技术的不断进步，海洋油气资源的开发利用将更加高效，我国海洋油气产业有望成为能源安全的重要支柱，为国家经济社会发展提供坚实的能源保障。

On July 3, CCTV reporter learned from SINOPEC that the Hai3 inclined well located in the Beibu Gulf Basin successfully tested high-yield industrial oil flow, refreshing the highest record of oil and gas daily production in the sea area. This discovery not only provides a strong support for the increase of oil and gas storage and production in the Beibu Gulf area, but also injects new impetus to China's energy security and economic development.

The Beibu Gulf Basin is one of the six major oil-bearing basins along the coast of China and is rich in oil and gas resources. The Hai3 deviated well is located in the sea depression about 80 kilometers southwest of Weizhou Island in the Beibu Gulf. The operating depth is 4600 meters, with a horizontal displacement of 1300 meters and a bottom temperature of 150℃. It is the deepest and highest temperature and pressure exploration well of Sinopec in Weizhou Block. The operators have overcome difficulties in drilling large sections of dusty strata and dense coal seams that are easy to collapse, and finally successfully drilled and achieved good oil and gas display. The test daily output of crude oil is 738 cubic meters, natural gas is 280,000 cubic meters, and oil and gas equivalent is 1,010 cubic meters.

China's offshore oil and gas resources are extremely rich, as an important area of long-term and substantial increase in production, the future exploration and development potential will continue to release. According to statistics, China's annual output of Marine crude oil has exceeded 62 million tons, accounting for more than 70% of the total increase of crude oil in the country, showing a strong momentum of increase. With the continuous progress of exploration technology, the development and utilization of offshore oil and gas resources will be more efficient, and China's offshore oil and gas industry is expected to become an important pillar of energy security and provide a solid energy guarantee for the national economic and social development.
