全面推动工业绿色低碳发展，是新型工业化的内在要求。近年来，锦州石化深化节能提效、清洁替代、循环利用等措施，有序实施自备电厂降负荷和燃气替代等减碳项目，实现公司绿色低碳发展。

锦州石化动力联合车间是为生产装置提供电力和蒸汽的单位，通过实施节能优化“两板斧”，降低了装置负荷、减少了碳排放，为装置生产寻求到新的效益增长点。

“第一板斧”是在燃煤基础上掺烧部分天然气。针对目前议价煤价格较高、天然气燃烧效率高于燃煤的情况，锦州石化确定利用4月至10月天然气价格低谷期，采取2号燃煤锅炉与3号燃煤锅炉同时掺烧天然气的节能措施。

The "first axe" is to burn part of natural gas on the basis of coal. In view of the current situation that the price of negotiated coal is higher and the combustion efficiency of natural gas is higher than that of coal, Jinzhou Petrochemical decided to take advantage of the low natural gas price period from April to October, and adopt the energy-saving measures of mixing natural gas with No. 2 coal-fired boiler and No. 3 coal-fired boiler at the same time.
