8月6日，在经过3天的紧张清理后，云南石化延迟焦化装置顺利完成各路加热炉炉管的清焦工作，为接下来新一轮的石油焦生产做好了准备。今年年初以来，云南石化聚焦新能源材料供给市场，连续生产两批3C石油焦产品，持续加快企业绿色转型的步伐。

3C石油焦是3号石油焦（C焦）的简称，广泛应用于新能源电池负极材料，是云南石化继4B、2B牌号之后主推的一款石油焦产品，也是炼化企业绿色转型发展的探索实践。今年年初，云南石化组织开展3C石油焦的试生产工作，并于5月和7月分两次生产，累计产焦5800余吨。

据云南石化生产运行部管理人员翁敦机介绍，生产3C石油焦是公司顺应当前新能源市场需求的慎重选择，也是持续推进炼厂融入新能源行业的重要举措。“和以往生产的4B、2B牌号相比，3C牌号提高了加工负荷，让生焦率变得更高并从源头降低了生产成本。”据悉，新产品与之前的产品相比，对原料硫含量的宽容性更高，有效缩减了加工成本；同时实现降低加工过程循环比，石油焦收率增加了1%至2%。

3C petroleum coke is the abbreviation of No. 3 petroleum coke (C coke), which is widely used in the negative electrode material of new energy batteries. It is a petroleum coke product promoted by Yunnan Petrochemical after 4B and 2B grades, and it is also the exploration practice of green transformation development of refining and chemical enterprises. At the beginning of this year, Yunnan Petrochemical organized the trial production of 3C petroleum coke, and produced it twice in May and July, with a cumulative production of more than 5,800 tons of coke.

According to Weng Dunji, a manager of the production and operation department of Yunnan Petrochemical, the production of 3C petroleum coke is a careful choice for the company to comply with the current demand of the new energy market, and it is also an important measure to continue to promote the integration of refineries into the new energy industry. "Compared with the 4B and 2B grades produced in the past, the 3C grade increases the processing load, makes the coke rate become higher and reduces the production cost from the source." It is reported that compared with the previous products, the new product has a higher tolerance for the sulfur content of raw materials, which effectively reduces the processing cost; At the same time, the cycle ratio of the processing process is reduced, and the petroleum coke yield is increased by 1% to 2%.
