镇海炼化牢记习近平总书记“世界级、高科技、一体化”殷切嘱托,深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神,认真落实集团公司党组工作部署,聚焦走好全环节智能一体化控制的新型乙烯工业之路,依托“东海炉王”创新团队多年来持续打造智能化裂解炉,将裂解炉各个环节的数智技术串联起来,实现裂解炉长周期运行全智能闭环,有效提高乙烯收率、减少燃料气消耗,进而实现能效提升,先后7次被工信部评为乙烯行业能效“领跑者”。

裂解炉是乙烯装置的龙头设备,1号乙烯装置共有12台裂解炉,日常10台运行、2台备用,每台运行周期约为3个月。“算下来,1个月需要三四次切炉,每次切炉涉及216台燃烧器及36台控制器的多次调整,如果靠人工,十分耗时耗力。”烯烃一部副总工程师朱伟是镇海炼化“东海炉王”创新团队成员之一,提升裂解炉智能化控制水平一直是该团队的重点攻关内容。

裂解炉的一个运行周期包括投料、生产运行、退料、烧焦、再投料。为提升裂解炉智能化运行水平,2019年开始,“东海炉王”创新团队与北化院、北京化工大学合作开发自动投退料智能操作系统。团队收集了3年内所有投退料数据,筛选优化数万个数据组建数据库。针对每台裂解炉构造、原料种类等特点,分门别类开发程序。

The digital intelligence technology of each link of the cracking furnace is connected in series to realize the full-intelligent closed-loop of the cracking furnace for a long period of operation, effectively improve the ethylene yield, reduce the fuel gas consumption, and then achieve energy efficiency improvement, and has been rated as the "leader" in the energy efficiency of the ethylene industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for 7 times.

The cracking furnace is the leading equipment of the ethylene plant. There are 12 cracking furnaces in the No. 1 ethylene plant, 10 are in operation and 2 are in reserve, and the operation cycle of each unit is about 3 months. "It is calculated that the furnace needs to be cut three or four times a month, and each cut involves the adjustment of 216 burners and 36 controllers, which is very time-consuming and labor-intensive if it is manual." Zhu Wei, deputy chief engineer of Olefin Division 1, is one of the members of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical "East China Sea Furnace King" innovation team, and improving the intelligent control level of cracking furnace has been the key content of the team.

One operating cycle of the cracking furnace includes feeding, production running, returning, burning and re-feeding. In order to improve the intelligent operation level of cracking furnaces, since 2019, the innovation team of "East China Sea Furnace King" has cooperated with Beijing Chemical Institute and Beijing University of Chemical Technology to develop an intelligent operating system for automatic discharge of materials. The team collected all the data of returned materials in the past three years, and screened and optimized tens of thousands of data to build a database. According to the characteristics of each cracking furnace, such as structure and type of raw materials, the development program is divided into different categories.
