吐哈三塘湖油田牛圈湖东区CCUS-EOR先导试验项目是集团公司重点项目,也是吐哈油田落实国家“双碳”目标的重要举措。项目启动以来,吐哈油田组建CCUS/CCS工作专班,积极开展碳源协调、井筒准备、地面配套等工作,现已完成了注入和采出端配套工作,仅2023年就有12口井实现一次性顺利投注。

在项目运行过程中,吐哈三塘湖采油管理区每周召开CCUS运行协调会,强化过程管控,紧盯重要工作节点,实行销项管理。吐哈油田编制了防腐、硫化氢治理、防气窜等方案,并结合自身实际制定了管理区CCUS-EOR油藏工程、采油工程、地面工程和安全生产等4个管理细则,狠抓落实监督,保障项目安全平稳运行。

为提升项目运行效果,吐哈油田与吉林油田等单位联合攻关,搭建科研攻关平台,系统梳理卡点、堵点、难点技术清单,形成了CCUS注采一体化方案设计,确定了“保混相、调均衡、控气窜、促波及、挖潜力”分阶段调控原则与技术对策,不仅实现了试验区原油产量翻番,而且为下一步CCUS技术在油田规模化推广提供了技术支撑和宝贵经验。

The CCUS-EOR pilot project in the East Niuquanhu Area of Santanghu Oilfield is a key project of Tuha Group and an important measure for Tuha Oilfield to implement the national "double carbon" goal. Since the start of the project, Tuha Oilfield has set up a CCUS/CCS team to actively carry out carbon source coordination, wellbore preparation, ground support and other work, and has now completed the injection and production end of the supporting work, only in 2023, 12 Wells to achieve a one-time smooth injection.

During the operation of the project, the Santanghu oil Production Management Area of Tuha held a weekly CCUS operation coordination meeting to strengthen process control, pay close attention to important work nodes, and implement output management. Tuha Oilfield has prepared anti-corrosion, hydrogen sulfide treatment, anti-gas channeling and other programs, and formulated four management rules for CCUS-EOR reservoir engineering, oil production engineering, ground engineering and safety production in combination with its own actual conditions, and paid close attention to the implementation and supervision to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the project.

In order to improve the operation effect of the project, Tuha Oilfield and Jilin Oilfield and other units jointly tackled key problems, built a scientific research platform, systematically sorted out the list of stuck points, blocked points and difficult technologies, formed the CCUS injection and production integration scheme design, and determined the phased regulation principles and technical countermeasures of "maintaining miscible phase, adjusting equilibrium, controlling gas channeling, promoting spread and tapping potential". It not only doubled the crude oil production in the pilot area, but also provided technical support and valuable experience for the large-scale promotion of CCUS technology in the oilfield in the next step.
