坚戈油田22H-04 井是中曼7队今年在坚戈项目施工的第四口水平井，该井设计井深3273米，实际完钻井深3423米，裸眼段长1823米，水平段长838米，7月7日7时开钻，8月6日4时完钻，设计周期35天，实际完钻周期29.87天，比设计提前7天完钻。

为确保安全高效施工，开钻前，集团技术中心专家与现场项目团队线上召开技术分析会，并借鉴前期水平井施工的成功经验，科学制定施工方案和应急预案。施工期间，中曼7队克服脱压严重、岩屑无法带出等困难，不断优化钻井参数和技术措施，实时分析轨迹及走向，精准控制井眼轨迹，保证了水平段油层的钻遇率。

水平井的提前完钻不仅为公司节省了时间、节约了成本，也积累了许多宝贵的经验和数据，为今后类似井的钻井施工提供了宝贵的参考依据。

The 22H-04 well in Tenge Oilfield is the fourth horizontal well constructed by Zhongman 7 team in Tenge Project this year. The design depth of the well is 3273 meters, the actual drilling depth is 3423 meters, the open hole section is 1823 meters long, and the horizontal section is 838 meters long. The drilling started at 7 o 'clock on July 7 and was completed at 4 o 'clock on August 6. It was drilled seven days ahead of schedule.

In order to ensure safe and efficient construction, before spudding, experts from the technology center of the Group and the on-site project team held a technical analysis meeting online, and drew on the successful experience of horizontal well construction in the previous period to scientifically formulate construction plans and emergency plans. During the construction period, the Zhongman 7 team overcame the difficulties such as severe depressure and the inability to bring out cuttings, constantly optimized drilling parameters and technical measures, analyzed the trajectory and trend in real time, accurately controlled the wellbore trajectory, and ensured the drilling rate of the horizontal oil reservoir.

The completion of horizontal Wells in advance not only saves time and cost for the company, but also accumulates a lot of valuable experience and data, which provides a valuable reference for the drilling and construction of similar Wells in the future.
