该井地质构造复杂,层间石膏盐、盐层、灰绿盐并存,蠕变活跃且易出盐水,巨大的作业难度对水泥浆的耐盐性能提出了很高的要求。据悉,目前市面上在用的盐水水泥浆体系大多只能耐半饱和盐水,无法满足此类作业需求。

在室内研发阶段,研发人员在水泥化学与高分子化学层面正向研发,开发出两种新型关键外加剂——超高温抗盐降失水剂C-FL823L与分散促凝剂C-A97S,以此构建的水泥浆体系可耐饱和盐水以及过饱和盐水,相比现有体系具有较高的性能优势:流变、失水、稠化、抗压强度等各项施工性能优异,同时与隔离液以及钻井液的相容性较好。

饱和盐水水泥浆体系成功应用是中海油服创新领域的又一良好实践,为国内外油田盐膏层固井作业提供了又一项重要技术保障,为中海油服固井技术再添“一把利剑”。

The successful application of saturated saline cement slurry system is another good practice in the field of innovation of COSL, which provides another important technical guarantee for domestic and foreign oilfield salt paste cementing operations, and adds "a sword" to COSL's cementing technology.
