10月17日，中国海洋石油有限公司宣布，旗下全资子公司CNOOCPetroleum Brasil Ltda 与巴西国家石油管理局及佩罗塔斯盆地的合作伙伴就4个巴西海上勘探区块分别签订了矿税制石油合同。

此次签订的合同涉及巴西第四轮开放区块（矿税制）招标中标的桑托斯盆地、佩罗塔斯盆地，共计4个区块，均位于巴西海域，总面积约2600平方公里，水深600米至3000米。

CNOOC Petroleum Brasil Ltda 拥有S-M-1813区块100%的作业者权益，并分别拥有P-M-1737/39/97三个区块20%的非作业者权益。巴西国家石油公司担任P-M-1737/39/97三个区块的作业者并拥有50%的权益，壳牌持有30%的非作业者权益。

On October 17, CNOOC announced that CNOOCPetroleum Brasil Ltda, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC, signed mineral tax oil contracts with Petrobras and partners in the Perotas Basin for four Brazilian offshore exploration blocks.

The contract signed involves the Santos Basin and Perotas Basin, which were awarded in the fourth round of open block bidding in Brazil (mining tax system), and a total of 4 blocks are located in Brazilian waters, with a total area of about 2,600 square kilometers and water depths of 600 meters to 3,000 meters.

CNOOC Petroleum Brasil Ltda has a 100% operator interest in Block S-M-1813 and a 20% non-operator interest in three blocks P-M-1737/39/97. Petrobras is the operator and has a 50% interest in the three blocks P-M-1737/39/97, while Shell holds a 30% non-operator interest.
