该矿信息化建设以综合管控平台为顶层、云数据中心为后台、万兆环网为基础网络，构建了“一张网”“一朵云”“一平台”若干子系统的信息化架构，实现全矿采、掘、开、机、运、通、调度、安全、抽采、防突、经营等专业信息的融通。

“一张网”——万兆工业环网。该矿于2019年建成万兆工业以太环网，主干线路通过单模光纤连接，通过环网传输的系统有智能化综采工作面监控系统、智能化掘进工作面监控系统、主运输系统、主皮带机器人巡检系统、顶板在线监测系统、主通风机在线监控系统、人员定位系统、应急广播系统、工业视频系统、产量监控系统等系统。

“一朵云”——云数据中心。该矿于2021年建设了基于虚拟化的数据中心，对已建的主要信息化系统进行了虚拟化迁移，为待建的信息化系统提供足够的计算和存储空间，实现了对接入系统和数据的统一管理和统一运营。同时，该平台也为矿井未来更多信息化系统建设提供了充足的基础资源。

“一平台”——综合智能管控平台。综合智能管控平台融合了软件定义网络技术、强实时数据传输技术、云计算、人工智能、大数据分析等物联网技术，为实现万物互联、智能驱动的矿山建设提供了基础平台。

为保证矿井信息化建设项目的有力推进，该矿建立健全信息化管理、网络与信息系统运行维护、网络信息安全管理等一系列制度，明确了矿井信息化系统软、硬件管理、网络使用维护、信息资源管理等职责，加强了全员信息化培训。所有信息化系统建设严格执行测试、试运行、验收合格等流程，使用过程中严格落实日巡检、定期检查、测试并记录。数据机房设置生物识别门禁系统，网络安全建立“安全隔离与信息交换系统”“全流量威胁分析系统”，对全矿网络使用、系统运行进行后台监测，保证矿井网络和软件使用安全。

The systems transmitted through the ring network include intelligent fully-mechanized mining face monitoring system, intelligent driving face monitoring system, main transportation system, main belt robot inspection system, online roof monitoring system, online main fan monitoring system, personnel positioning system, emergency broadcast system, industrial video system, output monitoring system and other systems.

"One Cloud" - cloud data center. The mine built a virtualization-based data center in 2021, virtualized migration of the main information systems already built, provided enough computing and storage space for the information systems to be built, and realized unified management and operation of access systems and data. At the same time, the platform also provides sufficient basic resources for the future construction of more information systems in mines.

"One Platform" - comprehensive intelligent management and control platform. The comprehensive intelligent management and control platform integrates software defined network technology, strong real-time data transmission technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data analysis and other Internet of things technologies, providing a basic platform for the realization of the Internet of everything and intelligent driven mine construction.

In order to ensure the effective promotion of the mine informatization construction project, the mine has established and improved a series of systems such as informatization management, network and information system operation and maintenance, and network information security management, clarified the responsibilities of the mine informatization system software and hardware management, network use and maintenance, information resource management, and strengthened the informatization training of all personnel. All information system construction strictly implement the testing, trial operation, acceptance and other processes, and strictly implement daily inspection, regular inspection, test and record during use. The biometric access control system is set up in the data room, and the network security "security isolation and information exchange system" and "full traffic threat analysis system" are established to monitor the whole mine network use and system operation in the background to ensure the safety of mine network and software use.
