近日,神木煤化工能源公司1#石灰窑改造升级项目圆满完成,不仅提升了生产效率,还实现了节能减排和节支创效,创效金额达600余万元。

改造过程

针对生产装备1#石灰窑存在受热损失大、能耗高、窑顶密封效果差等问题,能源公司成立课题攻关小组,通过前期现场写实、数据分析、专项研判、多方沟通,停用导热油系统,将助燃风作为冷却燃烧梁的主要介质,使得冷却完的助燃风进入窑内使用,提高了导热油系统损失的热量利用率。同时,取消下吸气梁,使用冷却石灰的冷却风和石灰换热后的热量煅烧带参与燃烧,提高下吸气梁废气损失热量。通过出灰机的密闭改造,改善石灰冷却效果,使出灰温度降低,冷却风可将热量带入煅烧带,降低出灰所造成的热损失。

创效成果

此项目改造后,综合热耗由原来的1250Kcal/kg降到950Kcal/kg,按同等煤气量核算,石灰日产量由原来的460吨提高到600吨,每年可增产石灰约4.2万吨,可节约成本600余万元。

Reconstruction process

In view of the problems such as large heat loss, high energy consumption, and poor sealing effect of kiln top in the production equipment 1# lime kiln, the energy company set up a research team to stop the thermal oil system through the preliminary site reality, data analysis, special research and eva luation, and multi-party communication, and took the combustion air as the main medium for cooling the combustion beam, so that the cooled combustion air could enter the kiln for use. The heat utilization rate of heat loss in heat conducting oil system is improved. At the same time, the lower suction beam is cancelled, and the cooling air of the cooled lime and the calcination belt after the lime heat exchange are used to participate in the combustion, so as to increase the heat loss of the lower suction beam exhaust gas. Through the airtight transformation of the aircraft, the lime cooling effect is improved, the ash discharge temperature is reduced, and the cooling wind can bring heat into the calcination zone to reduce the heat loss caused by ash discharge.

Creative outcome

After the transformation of this project, the comprehensive heat consumption from the original 1250Kcal/kg to 950Kcal/kg, according to the same amount of gas accounting, lime daily output increased from the original 460 tons to 600 tons, can increase lime production about 42,000 tons per year, can save more than 6 million yuan.
