山煤国际霍尔辛赫煤业积极探索并成功应用煤矸石覆岩离层注浆充填开采技术,近日,该技术在矿区顺利落地,各类设施设备平稳运行,成效显著。

在煤矸石覆岩离层注浆项目现场,伴随着煤矸石充填车间传出的“嘭、嘭”的浆液输送声,操作人员紧盯着现场调度指挥大屏,时刻关注系统中控台显示的流量、压力等各项参数,精准掌握设备运行情况和作业过程。破碎机、球磨机、注浆泵稳定运转,制浆车间的球磨机将破碎后的矸石与矿井水研磨制浆,制成的矸石浆液经注浆泵加压后,被泵送至所需充填工作面上方地表的注浆钻孔,再通过钻孔向下注入离层空间进行充填。离层注浆充填管路犹如人体内的一根根“动脉血管”,将采煤过程中产生的煤矸石研磨后与矿井水配比形成的“血液”,源源不断地输送至地下离层空间,真正实现了煤矸石“从哪来、回哪去”。

煤矸石基覆岩离层注浆充填开采技术是一项新兴的大规模煤矸石处置技术。霍尔辛赫煤业加强与科研院所、山东科技大学、安徽理工大学等机构的产学研用合作,共同致力于离层注浆充填开采相关基础理论研究以及材料、工艺、技术、装备攻关,打造了从实验室理论到现场应用的完整链条。实施煤基固废综合利用技术,有效解决了煤矸石、粉煤灰排放带来的环境问题,改善了矿区生态环境质量,提高了煤矸石的利用效率和附加值。注浆充填后,可显著减小地表沉降,降低采煤对含水层的破坏,实现了经济、社会和环境的协调发展,收到了多重效益。

The crusher, ball mill and grouting pump operate stably. The ball mill in the pulping workshop grinds the crushed gangue and mine water for pulping. After being pressurized by the grouting pump, the gangue slurry is pumped to the grouting hole above the required filling working surface, and then injected downward into the separation space through the drilling hole for filling. The off-layer grouting and filling pipeline is like an "artery" in the human body, and the "blood" formed by the grinding of coal gangue generated in the process of coal mining and the matching of mine water is continuously transported to the underground off-layer space, which truly realizes the "where the coal gangue comes from and where it goes back".

The mining technology of coal gangue foundation overlying rock by grouting and filling is a new large-scale coal gangue disposal technology. Holxinhe Coal industry strengthened the cooperation with scientific research institutes, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Anhui University of Science and Technology and other institutions, and jointly committed to the basic theoretical research and materials, technology, technology, equipment research, to create a complete chain from laboratory theory to field application. The comprehensive utilization technology of coal-based solid waste has effectively solved the environmental problems caused by the discharge of coal gangue and fly ash, improved the ecological environment quality of mining areas, and increased the utilization efficiency and added value of coal gangue. After grouting filling, the surface settlement can be significantly reduced, the damage of coal mining to aquifer can be reduced, the coordinated development of economy, society and environment can be realized, and multiple benefits can be received.
