近日，川煤集团华荣公司威鑫煤业完成了地面瓦斯高负压抽采系统升级改造工程，经过多天试运行观察，新系统及设备各参数正常。目前，该系统已正式投入安全生产。

此次矿井高负压抽采系统升级改造工程是将两台SKA-400型水环式真空抽采泵更换为两台2BEF-42型水环式真空抽采泵，一台工作一台备用。抽采泵额定电机功率132kW升级为315kW，额定抽放量105m?/min升级为180m?/min，提升了矿井抽放负压，使地面泵抽放负压从35kpa升到42kpa左右、井下干管抽放负压从16kpa升到22kpa左右，保障了低浓度瓦斯发电站气源供应稳定。为确保瓦斯抽采泵改造工程顺利完成，矿井进一步细化施工方案，强化安全措施，压实监管责任，每天安排专人盯守施工现场，在有序推进工程进度的同时，严格把控安全关和质量关，确保了高负压抽采系统升级改造工程高质量落实。

据悉，华荣公司威鑫煤业下一步还将建立地面低负压抽采系统，并根据各煤层采掘面实际情况，实施瓦斯分类抽采治理，提高瓦斯抽放效率，将采面上隅角、掘进工作面瓦斯控制在安全目标范围内，为安全生产提供了可靠保障，从源头上消除瓦斯事故。
