4月9日至11日，国家矿山安全监察局在山西吕梁组织开展“矿山安全科技进山西”活动。国家矿山安全监察局党组成员、副局长周德昶出席启动仪式并讲话。山西省人民政府副省长杨勤荣出席启动仪式。

本次活动以“科技赋能 固本强基”为主题，针对山西矿山安全生产实际，通过组织专家交流讲座、技术咨询、装备展示、深入矿井“把脉问诊”等多种形式，为山西矿山企业送科技、送服务，为矿山企业、科研院所和设备企业搭建产学研用交流平台，推进先进适用科技装备研发应用与矿山安全生产精准对接，助力山西矿山进一步提升科技保安能力和水平。

周德昶强调，本次活动是国家矿山安监局深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于安全生产和科技工作重要指示精神的具体体现，是深化矿山安全生产督导工作的有效行动，要在提高依法办矿管矿、落实企业主体责任、提升重大灾害治理能力、提高监管监察效能和强化产学研用融合上见成效，要求以此次活动为契机，深入交流、携手发力，共同推动山西矿山安全高质量发展。同时，就《煤矿安全生产条例》出台的背景、意义、特点、新规定要求等方面进行了深入解读。

本次活动邀请了中国工程院院士康红普等32位知名专家、45家技术支撑单位、30家设备企业参加。组织开展了22场专题讲座，3个专家组赴吕梁市煤矿、非煤矿山开展现场指导。活动采用线上+线下的形式，超过37万人次参加活动。

The event invited 32 well-known experts such as Kang Hongpu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 45 technical support units and 30 equipment enterprises to participate. Organized and carried out 22 special lectures, and 3 expert groups went to Luliang coal mine and non-coal mine mountain to carry out on-site guidance. The event took the form of online + offline, and more than 370,000 people participated in the event.
