据悉，红沙梁煤矿是国家第五批煤炭应急保供煤矿，拥有资源储量33714万吨。2021年末，窑街煤电天宝公司取得了井工、露天矿采矿许可证，红沙梁煤矿项目是甘肃省“十四五”期间重点建设项目，也是目前甘肃河西地区在建的最大整装煤矿项目。

红沙梁煤矿项目分为露天矿和井工矿，合计产能600万吨/年。矿区煤质特征为中硫、高灰、高挥发分、中低热值长焰煤和褐煤，是良好的动力煤。项目建成后，能够有效降低甘肃对新疆、内蒙古煤炭能源的依赖，增加市、县工业产值，繁荣地方经济，提高地方就业率，对甘肃省电煤安全保供工作具有十分重大的意义。

甘肃能化早前曾表示，目前，公司下辖靖远和窑煤两个矿区，生产经营地分布甘肃省白银平川、靖远、景泰，兰州红古、武威天祝矿区和酒泉肃北，拥有9对煤炭生产矿井，核定年产能1624万吨。

其中窑煤集团拥有三矿、金河煤矿、海石湾煤矿、天祝煤业公司四对生产矿井，煤炭生产核定能力570万吨/年，一个基建矿区（酒泉肃北红沙梁煤矿和红沙梁露天煤矿），年生产能力600万吨。

At the end of 2021, Yaojie Coal Power Tianbao Company obtained the mining license for shaft and open pit. Hongshaliang Coal mine project is a key construction project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Gansu Province, and it is also the largest integrated coal mine project under construction in Hexi area of Gansu Province.

Hongshaliang Coal mine project is divided into open pit mine and shaft mine, with a total capacity of 6 million tons/year. The coal in the mining area is characterized by medium sulfur, high ash, high volatile, medium and low heat value long flame coal and lignite, which is a good steam coal. After the completion of the project, it can effectively reduce Gansu's dependence on coal energy in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, increase the industrial output value of the city and county, prosper the local economy, and improve the local employment rate, which is of great significance for the safety and supply of power coal in Gansu Province.

Gansu NENhua said earlier that at present, the company has jurisdiction over Jingyuan and Yao coal mining areas, production and operation distribution of Baiyin Pingchuan, Jingyuan, Jingtai, Lanzhou Honggu, Wuwei Tianzhu mining area and Jiuquan Subei, with 9 pairs of coal production mines, approved annual capacity of 16.24 million tons.

Among them, Kiln Coal Group has three mines, Jinhe Coal mine, Haishiwan Coal Mine, Tianzhu Coal Industry Company four pairs of production mines, coal production approved capacity of 5.7 million tons/year, one infrastructure mining area (Jiuquan Subei Hongshaliang Coal mine and Hongshaliang open-pit coal mine), annual production capacity of 6 million tons.
