国能黄骅港务公司消息，截至7月31日，国能黄骅港务公司累计完成煤炭下水量1.2667亿吨，同比增长5.8%，出港量创历史同期最好水平。

黄骅港是我国西煤东运、北煤南运第一大下水港，已连续4年煤炭年下水量超过2亿吨。

今年以来，黄骅港煤炭港区运营方国能黄骅港务公司与气象部门、海事部门紧密协作，针对特殊天气提前做好预案，利用窗口期组织生产，最大限度减少天气对煤炭运输的影响。

同时，统筹生产组织盯控关键环节，持续协调船舶压载水督排工作2770艘次，压缩排水时间4816小时，单船平均排水时间同比提高38.1%，泊位占用率同比提高1.8%，充分兑现能装尽装、快装快运目标效果。
