8月1日,由长城钻探提供定向技术服务的煤层气公司吉深6-3平02井顺利完钻,完钻井深4523米,水平段长度2097米,刷新了煤层气公司深层煤层气水平段最长纪录。 针对该井水平段钻遇煤矸夹层、井壁失稳、水平段后期摩阻扭矩大、井眼轨迹控制困难等技术难题,长城钻探认真落实中油技服党委“四提”工作部署,与煤层气公司联合推进科学钻井模式。通过深化甲乙方协同地质工程一体化攻关,应用实钻自然伽玛曲线、岩性特征实时变化分析,强化聚合物泥浆体系封堵、防塌能力,推广自主研制的强攻击性钻头、长寿命大功率螺杆等钻井提速工具,成功克服长水平段摩阻扭矩大、井眼清洁及轨迹控制难度大、完井作业风险高等技术难题,取得了水平段一趟钻、煤层钻遇率100%、钻井周期较设计提前10天的优异成绩。 下一步,长城钻探将持续提升深层煤层气水平井技术服务保障能力,为集团公司深层煤层气增储上产奠定坚实技术基础。 On August 1, Well Jishen 6-3 Ping 02, a coalbed methane company provided directional technical services by the Great Wall Drilling, was successfully drilled, with a drilling depth of 4,523 meters and a horizontal section length of 2,097 meters, setting a new record for the longest deep coalbed methane horizontal section of the company. In view of the technical problems such as coal interlayer drilling in the horizontal section of the well, wellbore instability, large friction and torque in the late stage of the horizontal section, and difficult hole trajectory control, Great Wall Drilling earnestly implemented the "four lifting" work deployment of the CPC Technical Service Party Committee and jointly promoted the scientific drilling mode with the coal seam gas company. By deepening the integration of geological engineering cooperation between Party A and Party B, applying real drilling natural gamma curve and real-time change analysis of lithology characteristics, strengthening the blocking and anti-collapse capability of polymer mud system, and promoting self-developed strong offensive drill bits, long-life high-power screws and other drilling acceleration tools. The company has successfully overcome the technical problems of large friction and torque in the long horizontal section, difficult hole cleaning and trajectory control, and high completion risk, and achieved excellent results of one-trip drilling in the horizontal section, 100% drilling rate in the coal seam, and drilling cycle 10 days ahead of the design.
