2024年以来，新朔铁路坚持贯彻“吨煤必争、每列必保”的营销理念，以市场为导向，聚焦用户满意度，不断健全外购煤经营管理体系，持续优化外购煤质量管控措施，加大外购煤风险防控，优化外购煤服务口碑，不断巩固并扩大品牌影响力与竞争力。规范供应商前期准入手续，加深供应商发运能力及合作矿方产能调研，培养优质供应商以形成持续发运。组织业务人员熟知集团外购煤采制化相关管理办法，开展“理论+实操”专项培训，杜绝到港煤质、热值出现较大偏差。通过日资源情况简报分析供应商煤矿存煤及资源减少的原因，加大新站台投入使用前期实地调研，力争促成新煤种、新渠道的发运新路径。对年度计划进行倒排，盯控供应商日、周、月计划的完成情况；通过下发兑现不足告知函，敦促供应商进度兑现，持续推进公司引流上线，为集团公司增运增收助力赋能。
