近日，从中华全国总工会获悉，陕煤集团神南工匠学院入选2024年度全国总工会重点支持的工匠学院。

神南工匠学院作为神南产业发展公司六大专业化生产中心之一，面向晋陕蒙地区提供操作技能、专业技术、安全生产、管理能力、党建文化、智能运行6大类共115个工种的培训业务。拥有优质师资千余名，国家级高技能人才百余名。配备17间多媒体教室、27间实训室，设有机电设备维修中心、搬家中心、救护中心3个实训基地，拥有360多台（套）配套设备，年服务能力3万人次。

神南工匠学院作为全国总工会重点支持的工匠学院，以打造服务职工群众、技术技能培训能力突出、工匠人才培育成效显著的工匠学院为目标，将满足各企业技能人才提升定制化培训需求。

As one of the six specialized production centers of Shennan Industrial Development Company, Shennan Craftsman College provides 115 types of training services in 6 categories of operation skills, professional technology, safety production, management ability, party building culture and intelligent operation in Jinshaan-Mongolian region. It has more than 1,000 high-quality teachers and more than 100 national-level highly skilled talents. Equipped with 17 multimedia classrooms, 27 training rooms, with mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance center, moving center, rescue center 3 training bases, with more than 360 sets (sets) of supporting equipment, annual service capacity of 30,000 people.
