该项目建设者在建设后期同步开展运营调试工作，在传统的物理和生物处理方法上增加了反硝化滤池及臭氧高级氧化等深度处理工艺，按照时序计划完成了生化系统的培养及驯化、各工艺单元联动试车、全系统联动调试等关键环节，具备出水达标排放条件。

津沽项目是天津市重点民生工程，是近五年来全国单体规模最大城市污水处理项目，由中国能建葛洲坝集团投资，中国能建葛洲坝生态环保公司所属天津公司承建，总投资达30.96亿元，占地面积571.9亩，污水处理量高达45万吨/日，建设工期2年。

该项目体量大、技术水平高，其工艺执行标准在行业内处于领先地位。处理后的水质达到天津市A类标准要求，从源头上保障市民用水安全，大大提高了天津市污水处理能力，将树立天津市环保治理典范。

Jinju project is a key livelihood project in Tianjin and the largest urban sewage treatment project in the country in the past five years. It is invested by China Energy Construction Gezhouba Group and built by Tianjin Company under China Energy Construction Gezhouba Ecological Environmental Protection Company, with a total investment of 3.096 billion yuan, covering an area of 571.9 mu, with a sewage treatment capacity of up to 450,000 tons/day and a construction period of 2 years.

The project has a large volume and high technical level, and its process execution standards are in a leading position in the industry. The water quality after treatment meets the requirements of Tianjin Class A standard, protects the water safety of citizens from the source, greatly improves the sewage treatment capacity of Tianjin, and will set up a model of environmental protection management in Tianjin.
