锅炉大板梁吊装作为项目主线工期安装过程中的重要环节之一，是红河电厂扩建工程项目顺利建成实现投产发电目标的重要转折点。机组锅炉共设置 7根大板梁（3根叠梁，4根单梁），此次吊装的大板梁叠梁MB-1下梁重约47吨，采用500t的履带吊和120t塔吊双机抬吊就位。因锅炉大板梁吊装工作难度大、技术含量较高，为确保大板梁吊装工作安全顺利进行，公司克服场地狭小、大风天气等不利因素影响，联合监理单位、总承包单位、施工单位精心策划、周密布置，在大板梁吊装前组织人员认真审查大板梁吊装专项施工方案，对吊装方案进行了多次优化和完善，并对施工条件进行联合验收检查，制定了详细的技术方案和安全措施。

吊装过程中，各级安全和技术管理人员现场全程跟踪监督，细化技术交底、落实安全举措、明确责任到人，有效保证了整个吊装过程顺利、安全、高效进行，最终圆满完成首根板梁吊装任务，为下阶段锅炉受热面吊装创造了条件。

As one of the important links in the installation process of the main line of the project, the hoisting of the boiler slab beam is an important turning point for the successful completion of the Honghe Power Plant expansion project to achieve the goal of putting into operation. The boiler of the unit is equipped with a total of 7 large plate beams (3 overlapping beams, 4 single beams). The lower beam of the large plate beam and the overlapping beam MB-1, weighing about 47 tons, is lifted into place by 500t crawler crane and 120t tower crane. Due to the difficulty and high technical content of large slab girder hoisting work of boiler, in order to ensure the safe and smooth hoisting work of large slab girder, the company overcame the adverse factors such as narrow site and strong wind weather, and jointly planned and carefully arranged with the supervision unit, the general contractor and the construction unit, organized personnel to carefully review the special construction plan of large slab girder hoisting before hoisting. The hoisting scheme has been optimized and improved for many times, and the construction conditions have been inspected jointly, and detailed technical schemes and safety measures have been formulated.

During the lifting process, safety and technical management personnel at all levels tracked and supervised the whole process, refined the technical disclosure, implemented safety measures, and clarified the responsibility to the person, effectively ensuring that the entire lifting process was smooth, safe and efficient, and finally successfully completed the lifting task of the first plate beam, creating conditions for the next stage of the boiler heating surface lifting.
