转子是发电机的核心部件，发电机穿装转子是机组安装中重要的标志性节点。本次需将重约89吨、长约13.8米、护环位置直径为1.326米的转子穿装定子铁芯膛腔内，且安装精度最小间隙不大于20毫米，穿装作业难度较大。为确保3号机组发电机转子顺利就位，项目部提前策划，周密准备，作业前对各施工人员进行详细的安全技术交底。由于准备充分、安排合理，整个穿装过程井然有序，经过近4个小时的工作，最终转子准确到达预定位置。

目前，浙能六横电厂二期工程建设工作高效有序，现场施工人员超4000人；项目3号机组处于设备安装高峰期，并逐步进入调试阶段。

浙能六横电厂二期项目是浙江省“十四五”期间重点建设项目，被列入省“千项万亿”工程。该项目建设两台100万千瓦燃煤发电机组，年发电量约110亿千瓦时。该项目在超低排放基础上，围绕“快、新、低”三字方针，新增二次再热、海水脱硫等新技术工艺，大力践行绿色发展理念，是清洁高效、先进节能的“海上坑口电厂”，项目将助力浙能集团进一步强化高质量能源保供，勇当新型能源体系建设先行者。

The rotor is the core component of the generator, and the generator wearing rotor is an important symbol node in the unit installation. The rotor, which weighs about 89 tons, is about 13.8 meters long and has a diameter of 1.326 meters in the position of the protection ring, needs to be inserted into the stator core cavity, and the minimum clearance of the installation accuracy is not more than 20 mm. In order to ensure the smooth placement of the generator rotor of Unit 3, the project department planned and prepared in advance, and detailed safety technical disclosure was made to the construction personnel before operation. Due to adequate preparation and reasonable arrangement, the whole dressing process was orderly, and after nearly 4 hours of work, the final rotor accurately reached the predetermined position.

At present, the construction work of the second phase of Zhejiang Neng Liuheng Power Plant is efficient and orderly, with more than 4,000 on-site construction personnel; Unit 3 of the project is at the peak of equipment installation and is gradually entering the commissioning stage.

Zhejiang Neng Liuheng Power Plant phase II project is a key construction project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Zhejiang Province, which is included in the provincial "thousand trillion" project. The project will build two 1 million kilowatt coal-fired generating units with an annual generating capacity of about 11 billion kilowatt-hours. On the basis of ultra-low emissions, the project focuses on the three-word policy of "fast, new and low", adding new technologies such as secondary reheating and seawater desulphurization, vigorously practicing the concept of green development, and is a clean, efficient and advanced energy saving "sea mouth power plant". The project will help Zheneng Group to further strengthen the supply of high-quality energy and become a pioneer in the construction of a new energy system
