年内完成28座大坝安全检查任务，实现集团公司143座运行大坝现场检查“无盲区”全覆盖目标；累计完成117座大坝视频监控集成，进一步丰富了大坝安全管控的可视化手段；完成“利用水库开发中小型抽蓄项目”专题研究，形成103座规划站点、47座重点站点发展建议；签订陕西曹坪等3个抽蓄项目工程建设管理意向协议，6个受托项目前期技术服务工作有序推进……

针对运行大坝存在的问题和管理短板，中心聚焦大坝安全标准化、规范化管理，研究制定了大坝安全标准体系建设方案，并完成《水库运行管理办法》《大坝安全现场检查管理规定》等17部标准的编制和发布，其中《小水电坝安全监测指南》是行业内首次规范小型坝开展安全监测工作的技术标准。

中心目前已经基本建成了重点突出、层次分明、科学合理、系统完善的大坝安全标准体系，为集团公司大坝安全专业化、集约化管理提供重要保障。

产业发展，人才先行。作为水电和抽蓄产业发展的“智囊”机构，大坝（抽蓄）中心厚植人才沃土，为集团公司系统涉坝从业人员“量身定制”6部教材，年内牵头开展集团公司级培训5次、中心级4次，参培500余人次，13家涉坝单位的40余人学历和业务技能水平得到提升，为强化高质量发展人才支撑汇聚智慧和力量。

In view of the problems existing in the operation of DAMS and the shortcomings of management, the center focused on the standardization and standardized management of dam safety, studied and formulated the construction plan of the dam safety standard system, and completed the compilation and release of 17 standards, including the "Measures for the Operation and Management of Reservoirs" and "Regulations on the Management of Dam Safety On-site Inspection". Among them, the "Small hydropower Dam Safety Monitoring Guide" is the first technical standard in the industry to regulate the safety monitoring work of small DAMS.

At present, the center has basically built a focused, well-organized, scientific and reasonable, and systematic dam safety standard system, which provides an important guarantee for the professional and intensive dam safety management of the Group company.
