4月19日11时12分，内蒙古电建集团承建的内蒙古能源集团准大电厂2×100万千瓦煤电一体化扩建项目#1汽机基座底板大体积混凝土浇筑圆满完成，项目取得又一重大节点成果。

此次浇筑的汽机基座底板结构长度为58.3米，中间最宽部位21.58米，底板厚度平均3米，钢筋用量约940吨，一次性连续浇筑混凝土3330立方米，自4月18日7时28分开始，历时近28小时，是项目开工以来，浇筑的最大单位体积混凝土。

为抢抓春季黄金工期，保证施工质量，准大二期A标项目部提前策划、有序部署，编制专项浇筑施工方案，督促施工单位加快建设进度。汽轮发电机基座浇筑体量较大，在一根根密集钢筋编织的近千平米的巨大钢筋网上，放料、布料、浇筑、振捣、一系列施工动作，被业内称为钢筋上的“舞蹈”。为确保浇筑时的连续性和恒温性，A标项目部统筹安排3台泵车同时浇筑，在应急电源、混凝土保障、施工机械及人员等方面做了大量准备工作，供料、生产、运输、施工等各个环节紧密衔接，确保连续浇筑，达到设计强度。浇筑过程中项目部和建筑工地工程质量、安全管理人员始终坚守现场，随时观察混凝土拌合物的均匀性和稠度变化，严格监控施工质量，最终安全高质，施工一次成优。

In order to seize the golden period in the spring and ensure the construction quality, the project department of the second phase A standard of Zhunda planned and deployed in advance, prepared a special pouring construction plan, and urged the construction unit to speed up the construction progress. The pouring volume of the turbine generator base is large, and in the huge steel net of nearly 1,000 square meters of dense reinforcement weaving, the material, fabric, pouring, vibration, and a series of construction actions are called the "dance" on the steel bar in the industry. In order to ensure the continuity and constant temperature of the pouring, the project department of Standard A arranged three pump trucks to pour at the same time, and made a lot of preparatory work in the aspects of emergency power supply, concrete support, construction machinery and personnel, etc., and the various links of feeding, production, transportation and construction were closely connected to ensure continuous pouring and achieve the design strength. During the pouring process, project quality and safety management personnel of the project department and construction site always stick to the site, observe the uniformity and consistency changes of the concrete mix at any time, strictly monitor the construction quality, and finally achieve high safety and excellent construction.
